Description of Work: Last year we had Pedro and his crew come out to update our yard. They worked a miracle on our yard and put in drought resistant plants that started blooming immediately. This year we brought him back twice, the 24th was a "grooming" to get ready for an appraisal. |No matter when I call him he makes himself/crew available when I need the help. The work they do and the short time it takes is well worth the few $'s I spend. |I have recommended him to many people who have been looking for someone they can trust to do their yards.

Description of Work: Pedro was very professional and completed the job as described. Some plants were better than others and some were small but he provided a variety to choose from. I had tried several people to help me plant and they all thought the job was too hard since I have alot of tree roots. Pedro used his jack hammer and it went well. I appreciated his hard work.

Description of Work: Tree trimming and removal, pruning, weed and grass cutting, and clean- up with removal of debris. Additional costs were explained before the service and work was competed in one day. I pan to use the service in the future on a monthly basis.

Description of Work: They cleaned out alot of areas that needed some gardening TLC, added plants where specified. They were professional, on time, showed up when they said they would and did what I asked them too!

Description of Work: I bought a big deal to clean up a corner of my property and fix the drainage system. While waiting for over 2 months for Pedro Yanez and his crew to make it over I decided to have a small putting area installed. Pedro said that he could do the work so I ended up having him install that also along with some rock borders. Even though it took a while for Pedro to get to my project he showed up when he said he would. Except for some of the bender board coming up do to settling everything came out good. I enjoyed working with Pedro Yanez and could see using him in the future.

Description of Work: The provider did not ever answer my phone calls so this item as canceled. I did not want to rate them because of this. I believe my scores are unfair since they did not do work for me, but your system forced me to make a choice. The date and cost are also fictitious since I do not remember the details, but again it would not submit without them. I WANT TO BE DODNE WITH THIS!!!

Description of Work: The biggest problem was that they received such a huge response from their "special offer" that they were swamped. I had a deadline that was minimally met, and then he came back to finish the job. We had some communication problems as well. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional and I trust his expertise. As we are in Ramona, it is a long way for tradesmen to come and if there is a glitch it is really inconvenient. I thought he was bringing many more plants than he brought. I ended up going to a local nursery to get plants myself, and didn't get all of what I had hoped for. I emailed him pictures of ones I wanted, but he didn't bring them. He and his men did an excellent job of moving my sprinkler system controls and setting them up, and planting the things we did have. He did a good job, but I will probably use someone local for further work if I do any.

Description of Work: We bought the deal for 40 his for $1400. We have only done the first consultation but they were quick to respond and very easy to work with. Also seem to really know plants and soil preparation.

Description of Work: Each morning as I sit by my kitchen window reading to start my day, I look out over a GORGEOUS yard that Pedro and his crew put in for me. They went OVER and ABOVE what I paid for I can tell you that. I have never met anyone who tried harder and did a job that We talked about what needed to be done and he came up with ideas to match or exceed mine. I also changed my mind on a few things and he went with it with no problem. When my budget was spent, he found a way to provide the plants, etc that I still needed. There is no way to tell you how much I appreciate the work he did. What an awesome crew. (I know they put in more hours and plants than they charged me for!)

Description of Work: PEDRO WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH BUT SOME OF THE WORK HAD TO BE REDONE BY ANOTHER GARDNER. The wind started to uproot some of the trees he planted because the supporting stakes were not adequate. Sprinkler system was redone, adding to the outlay I had to make to another gardner.

Description of Work: I cannot verify the approximate date of our initial contact. The above date is at best - a guess. It was difficult to communicate with Pedro Yanez as his English was limited and my Spanish equally as limited. My house was being renovated when he was able to come and assess what could be done. But, he was unable to do any work at that time because of the construction. We were not able to work out a convenient time for both of us prior to my leaving the country, and thus nothing could be done before the coupon expired. I have no complaints about the company at all.

Description of Work: We had used Pedro and his crew before when we took out our lawn, replaced it with water-saving plants. Also re-did our backyard at the same time with new plants, ground cover in places, etc. He now does our regular yard maintaince & has always done a good job. We needed some extra stuff done about the time the Deal was advertised, so we bought it & applied the 6 hours to our project. Pedro & crew came at the time we agreed upon & they worked all day. We spent an additional $400 including the new mulch & soil for our planting beds, but it was worth it to see the improved appearance of both the front and backyards. Pedro is very hardworking & has a variety of skills he can provide, including sprinkler repair. We have been happy with the work he & his crew have done for us.

Description of Work: I was so pleased with the work he did on the patio, I contracted with him to do routine lawn/landscape maintenance. Outstanding work!
