+ -1 moreA-AALL Services was assigned as a provider by Old Republic Home Protection Plan to repair a built in microwave. They called yesterday, the day they were to arrive and asked for directions. We gave them directions and they never showed up. When I called, I was put on hold 4 times and disconnected twice. A manager called sometime after I called Old Republic and said that they could not find the house and their cell phone was not working. We gave them directions again and they asked if we could meet them somewhere and guide them to the house. We said we could not do that and they said they would call this morning if they could come out today. They never called and Old Republic assigned a new provider.
Description of Work: The provider did nothing - No Show
