 + -1 moreThe most unhelpful people on earth, from the sales personnel to their tech department. Uncaring and I'm not even certain they know what they are doing in the first place! I'll never go back for ANYTHING again.
Description of Work: We brought out Apple Computer in for warranty repair work. The machine would not even turn on even though it was less than 3 months old! They basically looked at it for less than 15 seconds and said they'd really prefer if we just took it to Apple directly as they were too busy.

 + -1 moreWHEN I CALLED ON THE PHONE; THEY QUOTED ME ONE PRICE, BUT WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE; THEY TOLD ME ANOTHER PRICE; THE COST WENT UP $20.00; NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE INCREASE IN PRICE AND THEY TOOK A LONG TIME GETTING MY COMPUTER BACK TO ME.
Description of Work: I HAD THE ORIGINAL HARD DRIVE TAKEN OUT AND TESTED AND A NEW HARD DRIVE INSTALLED.
