I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They did an outstanding job. They are timely and professional, everything that you would hope for in a service provider.

This is the second or third time we've used Tom's services in the last several years, which is proof on its own that we've been happy with his work. Usually when rating a service, I would not normally choose a grade representing "excellent," let alone choose it across the board. In the case of Tom and his work, I didn't hesitate for a second. He is one of the nicest people my wife and I have ever hired for home-related services. His work is great and clean; he showed up exactly when he said he would each day; and he answered any questions we had (even dumb ones) with patience and clarity. There's no question that we'll use Tom again in the future.
