Steam Carpet 4 U

This was horrible. We bought a groupon that stated it was good for three rooms or 350 square feet. The fine print made no mention of area rugs being an extra charge. The total area for the carpeted areas to be cleaned was around 325 sq. feet. After rescheduling their arrival window from 11-1 to 1-3pm the evening prior, Jose shows up at 1:45. He states that area rugs are an extra charge despite the groupon not stating as such. Also he says the high traffic area of the hallway (which is not heavily soiled at all) is extra. I ask to talk to his manager and he says "go ahead". Doesn't attempt to call them or give me the phone number, he just stands there. I get the number off his clipboard and call...no answer. Not knowing what to do, he finally calls, talks to her and then hangs up stating that she wouldn't even SPEAK to me and that I should call Groupon. Kicked him out at that point and contacted Groupon for a refund. Absolute waste of time, had already cleared out all of the furniture from the affected area. I know carpet cleaners are notorious for upcharging once on site, but refusing to even speak to me or answer the phone is beyond the pale. Never use these guys.
