This is an amazing company. Completely professional and punctual. David was so polite and took the time to listen and evaluate my project thoroughly. I needed mold remediation in my dining room due to a roof leak and then reconstruction of the affected area. His crew was also professional and always on time. They were careful and respectful of my property and left everything immaculate. If you are ever faced with a mold problem South Coast Environmental is the company you want to handle it. Finally, the company owner, mold expert & lead person is on site at your house every day, is responsive to your calls/texts and he updates you about all aspects every day!! David Ahmadi is the man who works hard to gain your trust in his work by being there in person to oversee the job done by his workers. He is very professional. He knows all about mold as he trains constantly. I only took off one-star due to a bit of sloppiness in a post-remediation paint job after drywall was put back up. One can never expect complete perfection anyway. He came very close. I would use him again and highly recommend him.

David and his crew are very hard working and experienced in mold removal and repair. They did a great job removing a large amount of mold growing under my kitchen cabinet and floor. David sent pictures daily of the progress being done. The cabinets are almost like new. They were able to finish this big job in only one week. Much appreciated.

I am very happy with David's professionalism, quality of work and how fast they took care of our problem. His crew took care of our mold issue in our master bathroom, installed a new high powered quite exhaust fan, removed the linoleum flooring and dry walls, removed the mold, replaced the floors with beautiful tiles, replaced the drywalls with mold resistant kind and painted the entire bathroom in 5 days, I highly recommend David and his company and will definitely use him again for other parts of our old home. I found David Ahmadi on this website and due to his excellent reviews, we hired him for work at a large home. I am so glad we did! From the very first phone call, to the speediness at which he conducted the work, his team was very thorough and professional. David Ahmadi, who owns the company, not only is a contractor, but also an engineer & a property inspector. He repaired a highly toxic moldy place in my master bedroom & did it in 1/2 the time & he also took more than 30 photos showing me the work as it progressed. I have mold in the rest of my house, & he gave me a bid 1/2 less than any previous contractor & unlike other contractors, he can save my bamboo floors. He is very conscientious about his work & also very knowledgeable about how to test & treat the mold. I look forward to working with him again, to finish my home.

They were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They finished the job in a timely manner and were pleasant to work with. David, the owner, responded to my initial call quickly and was able to get over within a few days. We started the necessary work soon after the test results came back and were evaluated, and the job was completed in less than a week. They left the site clean and hauled off all the trash so there was very little clean up necessary on my part. I am quite satisfied with their work.

We needed to have a wall replaced because of some water damage. When we opened up the wall, it turned out the damage was much worse than we expected. David was extremely knowledgable and transparent from start to finish. He expanded the scope of the job without gauging us on price. Would highly recommend him. We couldn't be happier with the work.
