Eddie came on a little strong at initial meeting but we came to an understanding and worked really well together for the entirety of the project. I was nervous to use this company due to previous bad reviews, but Eddie invited me to other job sites. I spoke with other homeowners who were very happy with his crew's work. He sent me video and pictures of other job sites that were similar to what we wanted done. Finally, my neighbor and I trusted that he would do a great job for us with easily the best bid out of the 4 we received. Eddie is a little unorthodox, but is very passionate about pavers. His crew started the next day and were finished with all that work in 3 days! I was home and was witness to how well his crew worked together and what expertise and quality they brought to their craft. They were early every single day and the trucks from ORCO arrived on schedule. Eddie checked in on me a couple of times every day to make sure I was happy and satisfied. He went the extra mile for us in several different ways (including adding in our porch for free and giving us an extra discount at the end of the project). He helped us decide on the design and colors that would work well with both of our houses. My driveway looks so much bigger. My neighbor stated that we look like we live in a gated community now. My kids feel like we have a great yard to play in. My skeptical husband even agrees that they did an outstanding job. Will use for my backyard project in near future!! I know I can call Eddie with any concerns in the future and trust that he would make it right. Thank you, Eddie!

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered throughout my 35 years of homeownership. Run - do not walk away from this outfit. This is the WORST company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. The sales tactic is high pressure. Take a tip and do not let them enter your home. Getting them to leave is nearly impossible. The rush to start the excavation before the 72 hour consideration period is a scam and their way to ensure clients don't back out. The job took 3 times longer than quoted in part due to so much having to be done over. Poor grading resulted in my garage becoming flooded - a million excuses were fabricated for that. Scheduled meetings to search for solutions were repeatedly postponed, always late and never with any consideration for the time it took away from my job. The original design plan for the planter and retaining wall flanking the entry to the driveway wasn't followed supposedly for structural reasons - but without consulting me about the issues. I arrived home to find something totally different than what was agreed to already installed. Insufficient materials were provided to the crew - who then opted to make due with what they had. Big blocks where small ones were needed, pavers used to top walls instead of the capstones - on and on and on. It was a long slow tedious disaster. Several weeks after I cried uncle, the pavers started coming loose. Big sections of the driveway had little or no polymeric sand in the joints. Cap stones on the retaining wall weren't even cemented on - it was a mess. More wasted mornings waiting for the worst salesperson ever to show up and confirm what I'd already sent photos of, another few weeks to get a repair guy who fixed the worst parts. And who said I should let it all settle before having the sand redone. In December last year I called in the request for the rest of the repair. Weeds are coming up all over the place through the sand-less gaps in the pavers. I've been promised and promised and promised that someone will be there. I am still waiting for someone to show up. I've held off posting anything negative about this company in hopes it could at long last be made right. I'm at my wits end. Don't let this be you.

I had so many problems with this company. They did a nasty job and did not do what they promised. They only cared about receiving additional payments. I am placing a claim on their bond and will take them to Court. You may want to do your research really well before hiring them
