I thought the Big Deal included a consultation of the entire garden (front and back yards) of a single family house, plus one design picture. Instead, the consultation was focused mainly only on the front yard. I would have been fine with it if the computer generated design of the front yard was good. Instead, the picture looks more like someone threw a bunch of unrelated plants on the yard in a hurry without any thought. I got the feeling that Ali was testing water to see whether I was going to use them to redo the landscape, instead of genuinely interested in providing a good design. To be a good landscape designer, one has to be not only artistically talented, he or she also has to be knowledgeable about plants, soil and climate, which he did not seem to fit the bill. The only positive outcome from this experience is that I know now what does not work, and can avoid that type of design. I later discovered that some landscape company offer free hand-drawing landscape designs with all the plant names without any obligation to purchase their service. I wished I knew about them before purchasing the Prime Garden deal. In response to their comment: It is totally untrue that I tried to negotiate two free extra designs. I was advised to wait and see whether I liked his design of the front yard or not, and if I liked it, then I could purchased another one for the backyard. Shortly after his visit, they discontinued the design promotional offer, making it impossible to purchase another one. It is also untrue that Ali sent me the drawing in a few days, and that he tried to get in touch with me to go over the draft. In the contrary, it took more than a week and multiple attempts on my side to get hold of him to get my drawing (my email correspondence with the Prime Garden is well documented on the Angie'slist website. Any rep. can look into it.) The only time Ali called was eight days later to inform me that the drawing would be sent to me shortly through email, nothing more! Finally, when the drawing arrived, there was NO text accompanying it; not even a greeting, let alone advice to go over the draft. I have not contacted them or heard from them since.

He came right on time, stayed a bit later than the time required and gave us inspiring ideas on what to do with our backyard.

Terrific customer service. Really thorough job and helped us save money on water bills by maximizing our water flow throughout our sprinkler system.

Overall, it was okay. The work they did was good, but the I felt the Big Deal was kind of lost in the mist of the additional work. I paid $2,200 for the additional work so it was a major job, but I felt the pricing-although not the cheapest-was fair. I feel like they could have tuned up the system better and taken into consideration the $75 spent on the Big Deal more. Still, they were very responsible and provided a quality service.

Excellent Service from Prime Gardens. Ali showed up on time and gave us valuable advise on our ongoing hard scape work. As we did not utilize the design consultation, refunded the full price voluntarily. Highly recommended.

The job we were originally bidding on became a bigger project then we originally thought and we hired one contractor for the combined job as it was more financially prudent then combining the services of two vendors. While we went in a different direction I would highly recommend Prime Gardens as they gave superior customer service!

They inspected our sprinkler system and did some adjustments. Some of them had leaks and they were not repairable unless the whole system is changed. They got back to me with a quote on the changing the entire sprinkler system.

I had contacted my local water dept. to find out why my water bill was so high. A representative came out and gave me suggestions for decreasing the bill. Just then a coupon appeared on Angie's List from this company for "a comprehensive sprinkler tune up." I purchased the deal, contacted the company and spoke with Ali. He and his team came out a day or two after initial contact. I told them the list of suggestions given to me and they suggested changing sprinkler heads and adjusting the timer. They charged me $350.00 and the work was done immediately. A day later one of the sprinklers wasn't working so I called and again Ali and his team came out and fixed the sprinkler. A few days later the timer needed an adjustment so I called and this time I spoke to Ali' partner who came out again quickly & made the adjustment but he charged me $50.00, a charge I was not expecting since I felt it was part of the original service. After speaking with Ali we agreed this was a communication issue and in good faith he offered to return the $50.00. He was very concerned about any negative feelings I might have towards the company and wanted to right any wrongs. He was very friendly & professional and I was impressed with his customer service.

Not only were they thorough, but they got the job done faster than promised and were on time every morning and cleaned up everything by 4:00 each day replacing fencing every time so the dogs could be released with safe access to the backyard each evening. Their care and consideration during this process of all aspects of the work was a pleasure and a very delightful surprise. We highly recommend them.

Messaged 5 providers on angies list and these guys were the only one who got back to me the next day (one of the providers called me after we had already started the job). Sina was really nice over the phone and scheduled for Ali to stop by and do a walk around with me. Ali is a pro, he brought samples with him and has a great vision, we ended up adding the back patio and connecting it to the driveway with a pathway. He came a few days after we a design and a detailed proposal. Even though their quote was a little higher that the other providers I decided to with them since they had geotextile and sealer included in their proposal. The job took about 8 days to finish and either Ali or Sina was always on site. They did nice cleanup at the end the driveway look really great now. I'm extremely happy with my choice and I would definately recommend them to my friends and family

They were prompt and friendly. Unfortunately the problems with my sprinkler system are beyond simple repair. I will need a new one to achieve effective watering.

They were very nice, but what they are trying to do is buy their service. It was not what I thought it was.

One station on the sprinkler controller had continued watering all night. I was unable to figure out how to turn the water off so I contacted Sam early in the morning and he had his crew stop by to turn the water off. They were finishing a previous job that day and didn't have the part that was needed for the repair so they would stop by the following morning. They are prompt, professional, great at trouble shooting and their pricing is fair. I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

It went ok. They said if they were to do more extensive rewiring it would cost an additional $400.00

There was a miscommunication in scheduling. We did not use this company.

They were low key and low pressure. They just had an expensive estimate so I decided not to pursue any additonal work.

The guy that came out, and his name escapes me since it's been a while; was very nice, very friendly. He did everything they said they were going to do above, and also gave me some advice---very good advice-- on some decorative vegetation in the back by my pool. I was going to have it all removed, and new plants put in, but he suggested just taking out some of them and trimming the others and adding a few different plants. I did what he suggested and it looks great and saved me a ton of money. Good guys, I would use them again.

He was very nice. He charged high for each sprinkler head. It took approximately 5 seconds for each replacement. The deal did not include much service just basic observation.

I was highly disappointed. It seemed as if the whole deal was only to find additional work for an additional charge. They didn't even tune up the sprinklers that could be worked on. They gave me an estimate to replace the pipes and sprinklers for one section that was more than the estimate to do the whole job from another company.

They did an ok job. I had them give me an estimate on a landscaping project I was looking at doing. My only objection is when companies come out and try to upsell me other work.

Sam called me promptly to schedule an appointment after I purchased the $49 promotion for a sprinkler tune-up. He showed up on time with two assistants. My hope was to replace some of my older sprinkler heads with newer ones that would give me more control over the direction and flow rate , but my existing system with galvanized pipes was too old to risk messing around with. He gave me options to upgrade some or all of my system, but I am not prepared to spend that much yet. However, I did not feel pressured to purchase anything or misled into thinking that I had to make urgent changes. I gave an overall "A" because even though his staff did dig around to inspect, and also tried to adjust one of my sprinkler to better cover a dry spot on the grass, he suggested I get a refund since he didn't make any changes. I will definitely call Sam back when I am ready to upgrade, or need repairs.

So many people responded to the deal they offered on Angie's List that we couldn't get an appointment for weeks. We had a leak so had to have someone else fix it. Sam came several weeks later. My husband saw him and was very impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he didn't try to sell him things we probably didn't need. We hired him to take care of our backyard twice a month but he doesn't start for two weeks so I can't comment on that.

.The total system had 22 heads in 5 zones. After the service there were still 5 clogged heads (We took a picture of one of the clogged nozzles which was included in the complaint e-mail sent to Angies List).. Unclogging heads was part of the service. Two heads were pointing in the wrong direction. This also should have been fixed. The so-called defective timer has been programmed by us and is still working fine. The recommendation made was a completely overprized replacement quote. We reconfigured the setup since for much less money. We did not get what we paid for.
