They came and did the design to replace the very old asphalt in my large backyard and submitted a bid for the work. Very responsive and professional. The work exceeds my budget right now but I liked the design and will keep it for future use with them.

The week we moved into our new home, we called several companies to give us estimates on yard work. One of those companies was Prime Gardens. Prime Gardens switched our address with another customer by mistake. A crew from Prime Gardens arrived at our house while we were not home, and began ripping out our lawn. As soon as they realized their mistake, Prime Gardens contacted me. By then, there were several large chunks of dirt where grass had been. Sina was apologetic at first, but my husband and I felt they were offering too little to fix their mistake. They wanted to re-seed the lawn for us, we wanted them to re-sod the whole lawn. Because we don't want big sections of dirt in our lawn while we wait for seeds to grow, and we don't want patches of different grass. Who would? ____________________________________ Sina & Ali have basically been total jerks throughout this process. From day one, they've accused us of trying to use their mistake to get free landscaping work from them. The first time I met Sina, I made the mistake of engaging him in conversation about how we could landscape our front yard, and what it would cost. He told me my lawn is full of weeds. Ever since then, he's been like, "you said you have weeds and you want to re-do the front yard, you're trying to extort us" They say, your lawn is full of weeds, you're trying to extort us to get free work to fix your weeds. Weeds, weeds, weeds. Every correspondence we've had with these guys, they mention weeds, and how -our- weeds are not -their- responsibility. These are the people we had to deal with. I wrote a negative review and they threatened to sue me for slander. I asked my lawyer to write a letter. At this point, I asked my husband to take care of it. He wrote to Sina & Ali and they worked out an agreement to just re-seed the lawn. In their response to him, they mentioned "weeds" SIX times. They are obsessed. In the end they cut us a check for $500, which will pay for re-seeding, but it's not enough to also sod the dirt patches while the seeds grow. Prime Gardens stated on Yelp that our neighbors thanked them for ripping out their parkway by mistake...which we confirmed wasn't true.

Well, they did what they sad they would do, but was it what we expected: not really. We made an appointment and Zach showed up on time, was very friendly. He listened to what we wanted to have in our backyard and when he left he promised to come up with some good ideas. Three weeks later I called and asked for the plans. They were actually in the mail the same day. The deal was 49$ for assessment, consultation and plans, a 350$ value. Well, there wasn't much of an assessment, the consultation consisted of listening to our ideas and the plan was a sketch on a piece of paper that somehow looked like our backyard. It id not look very professional. No new ideas, just simple drawings of what we talked about. I would have expected something like that for free. We kind of feel a bit ripped off. No way this could be of 350$ value. Oh, we got a quote, too. Hefty price tag. I'm just afraid I won't get what I expect. [EDIT:] Well, I got a call from Ali from PrimeGardens and he expressed how sorry he was that I did not get what I expected. He understood the services provided to me were not worth an A-rating. He promised to talk to his employees and offered a refund. I therefore think it would be fair to change my overall - rating to B. Based on Ali's explanations, I am convinced his business is honest and will consider him when I select the landscaper. [END EDIT]

Someone came out to assess the landscape. He was very professional. I am awaiting the sketches. There were no additional fees associated with the deal so far.

This was our second project with Prime Gardens and it went great.

First, we called Prime Gardens and made an appointment on the phone with Sina for Ali to come out. Then Ali came over and showed us designs on his ipad for our backyard. We loved his ideas, it really complimented our backyard. The design entailed outdoor kitchen, paving, landscaping, and a whole new irrigation. Their level of professionalism was very impressive. So we decided to use these guys and their ideas after overviewing the plans and details, we decided to choose their company to do the installation. Ali and Sina always checked the job site and made sure everything was okay and looked at every detail. We are extremely happy with the decision we made to work with them. We just moved into this house but if we ever need another landscaping job we will definitely call these guys again.

On February 26, 2015, Prime Gardens reached out and made a follow-up call to discuss my lack of satisfaction with the company. It was difficult in the beginning but my overall experience with Prime Gardens worked out very well. I would say that Prime Gardens is focused on doing what is right for their customers and open to receive customer's feedback. My overall rating is based upon the follow-up telephone call that I had with the company and Prime Gardens response to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

It was very good. They did a good job. I was very pleased with them. Very professional. They spend time with you on the phone. They have responsive service. They do good work. They put in a sensor and if it rains the sprinklers will sense it and won't turn on. They stand behind our work. Very reasonable pricing. I like the fact that there crew had t-shirts.

Everything went well. I think they came out within two weeks of the purchase of the big deal based on my scheduling. There were no additional charges. We're happy with the quote that they gave and we're just contemplating what we want to do. The gentleman was very friendly. Everything that we had asked for, he included in the quote. He showed up on time and communication was good.

All performed as expected. Prime Garden seems knowledgeable. Able to answer related questions and provide useful suggestion.

They didn't offer any new ideas. They provided a very simple drawing that a child could have produced.

It went very well. The provider was punctual and listened to my concerns. He gave me a beautiful plan for my yard. Everything they promised was met. Only problem was the ultimate cost of the landscaping he designed, which is out of my budget (though not unreasonable.) I am now talking to the provider about possibly doing it in steps, so that I can remain in my budget. I liked Zach, my designer, and I thought he came up with a nice plan.

They came out and did the tune up. They changed some sprinkler heads.. They were on time and efficient like a well oiled machine. I used them another time after that. I would use them in the future.

We found Prime Gardens here for a big redo of the landscape in our new home and we have been more than pleased with their services. I messaged them on Angie’s list and Sina was really helpful by answering all our questions over the phone and scheduling for one of their reps to do a walk around with us. The rep met with my wife and at first she was unconvinced about his experience since he was really young but decided to pay him for a set of design and hand drawn plan. The design was great and included everything like new plants, patio, ground covers and the scaled plan ended up being helpful in getting different quotes on the installation since their quote seemed expensivee. After comparing quotes we decided to go with Prime Gardens because their quote was so comprehensive and they credited us for the design and planning fee. Either Ali or Sena was always on site and they impressed us by managing a few issues that came up in the process like rerouting pipes and wires. Our house looks great now and we have been getting lots of compliments ;) Thanks guys

After being initially disappointed Ali from Prime Gardens personally came to my house and spent over an hour walking through landscaping ideas. He had a number of great ideas and followed through with several emails on improved design and plant ideas. Clearly providing great service is important to Prime Gardens.

They contacted me within 24-hours of purchase and were very nice but they do not service my area.

The owner, Ali, was super accommodating and helpful. The work was completed in one day and he called to make sure I was happy. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable. Prime Gardens was great!

The representative arrived on time, was very helpful, had creative ideas and suggestions for types of plants and a lay out design that I would enjoy. Due to miscommunication and technology problems the plans were not received and the work was not done. I did not follow up with Prime Gardens at the time but have since received satisfactory resolution to my concerns and would be pleased to engage Prime Gardens for landscaping work in the future.

I got a very nice photo out of them, but I guess I didn't really understand what they were selling. I do want to do my entire yard, but they said that there was $100 extra for them to take shots around the house, and then they would give me quotes. He gave me a very nice picture. They had a problem with the timing, they told me they would come at a certain time, and then they didn't come. To me, time is very important, and when somebody doesn't come on time, and they don't bother to tell me.

I like the gut and he was good. He sold me a lot of stuff but he was good. He reset and replaced some sprinklers in the backyard. He also added some new sprinklers for me. He was very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. I thought he was expensive.

Outstanding! These guys are great. I'll use them for all of my future projects.

I highly recommend Prime Gardens. Ali is one of three contractors I had come out and quote me on this job. Earlier this year I had had some concrete work done, cutting my back yard in half and the sprinkler people I used did such a horrendous job giving my irrigation system a "tune-up" that my lawn died in so many spots it wasn't even worth salvaging. After tearing out the lawn, I had Ali out to give me a quote on installing new sod as well as a path way of concrete pavers (I purchased) and rocks (I purchased). Ali had a great eye and suggested moving a few sprinklers so they lined up with a pergola, suggested re-shaping a planting bed, etc. They were not the lowest quote I received, actually they were the highest of the three but after having some questionable experiences with a couple of other contractors recently I went with my gut, rather than my pocketbook, and I'm glad I did. The yard looks unbelievable. The PG crew worked so hard, making sure everything was straight, level, etc. T

They are very nice. It took a little long to get the sketch and it wasn't really my style. They were very professional.

Ali was great to work with. He designed a simple landscape plan for my front yard based on my must haves. He willingly worked around my calendar to schedule the work. As promised the job took one week. On start day, the plan and major milestones for the week were explained in detail to me. When a decision point arose, I was quickly apprised of the issues and resolutions came quickly. At the end of each day, the crew left the site neat and as clean as possible. I have received many compliments on the landscape! I appreciated that they worked hard to stay within my budget. The team did little things like hook the irrigation system to two additional planters at no charge. I would definitely use the company again.
