Sina and a co-worker showed up on time and ready to work. They were friendly and fixed a number of problems that we had w/ our sprinkers/system. I have had follow-up conversations w/ them about installing drip systems for some future landscaping we'll be doing.

They put little flags near the problem sprinkler heads and then told me they could not be adjusted, and it would cost $500.00 for them to perform the service.

We had many estimates done for our backyard remodeling project. We ultimately decided to use Prime Gardens due to Ali. His insight and ideas on how to redesign the backyard is what sold us on using them. Then we dealt with Sina, who is Ali's partner and in charge of the installation. He and his crew were very professional and answered all of our questions during the installation process. They were even able to make changes without any extra charge as we made minor tweaks to our project. The project took about 9 business days to finish. This is a top notch company that will work with its clients to give you what you want. Both owners are very knowledgeable and explain everything as the project progresses. They were very easy to get a hold of and returned phone calls promptly. We would definitely do business with them again for any of our landscaping needs. Thank you Prime Gardens for our beautiful new backyard.

I was not available during the service call so my sister handled the interaction. Prime Gardens folks showed up on time and did a thorough walk-through of my backyard to determine issues with Sprinklers. They wanted me to contact them when I was able to discuss their game plan. I ended up going with a local plumber that I have worked with in the past. It is no reflection on Prime Gardens or their service. I went with someone I already knew.

Ali provided us with plans and estimate and after getting quotes from different contractors we decided to go with Prime Gardens for installation since their quote was really fair. Ali and Sina supervised all the different aspects and were able to get everything done according to Ali's plans even though we were a little uncomfortable due to their age! Wer could not be more happy with the end results and been getting complimants on our new patio and landscape, our water bill has been cut in half and hopfully will stay the same. Thank you for putting up with all questions and good job!

Heard our wants/needs/budget, measured our backyard and came up with great design.

I met with Ali for a design deal we bought from Angie's List. it went fantastic, the rough estimate he gave me was a little high but I loved his vision and how extremely detailed is estimate was. He emailed me the finished drawing/plan and we had a few questions about it so he came back and we went over all the details together. We decided to hire Prime Gardens after bidding the plan out with a few different contractors because we felt a lot more comfortable with Ali and his partner based on all their reviews. They are starting in a few days so I will keep you posted on how the actual job goes.

replaced a sprinker head, made recomendation for new controller and to turn off the sprinklers in the front yard rather than repair them. Sina was punctual, helpful, and honest. I plan to use them again very soon.

I?m very happy with what I got from Prime Gardens. They had a Big Deal for a landscape design, and I needed some ideas. I?d just maintained (mostly) what came with the house in 2011, and was stumped on how to make it better. Zack came out on two different days, and measured, asked questions, and chatted about the potential issues and what I?d like or not want. He went back to the office, thought about it, then designed some lovely plans. He suggested specific plants and colors (I said I liked color), how many of which size I?d need in each location, etc. He emailed me a scan of each plan, then we met in person to discuss his ideas. He patiently explained what each plant was, and showed me pictures on his computer, so I could visualize the look. He retained the trees and roses I wanted to keep, and included removal costs for the others. The previous owner had installed sprinklers badly, so Zack also included the cost to redo them completely. I had a zone in the backyard, with its valve in the frontyard, so I wanted the valve moved so I could see what I was doing. He pointed out that with an automatic and timed control, I wouldn?t need to worry about that at all. An added benefit was that the timer would be far less expensive than moving the valve. He also gave me a complete price breakdown to do everything he suggested, as well as a total price. This will let me make the improvements in whatever order I want to, without being pressured to do it all at once, or to make changes and know how they'll affect the cost. I don?t yet know when I?ll start to implement the redo, but at least now I?ve got some direction, and I can make some plans and do some budgeting. Once we were done, he mailed me the original hand-done sketches. I especially like the hand-done sketches - much more than if he?d had given me a computer-generated printout.

The drawing was terrible! I did not pursue anything further as the drawing was so juvenile and not at all usable. I received an unsolicited call from Prime Gardens apologizing for the new employee's poor drawing and to tell me how unrepresentative the drawing was of their work. He made a bad hire and was letting the artist go and please can he refund my $49.00 Prime gardens proved to be highly integral and I would give them a second try or recommend them. I did use another landscape designer.

it went great! Zach & Sina were there with their team checking all the time. they removed overgrown or dead trees, installed a beautiful paving stone driveway, that we kept adding to and they worked with us to make sure we had it the way we wanted it. Then they installed a sprinkler system and a flag stone seating area and some turf and planting areas with crushed brick gravel. That really brings out the colors of the succulents, and aloe plants. I highly recommend Prime Gardens!

From start to finish, Prime Gardens was entirely reliable and professional. We worked with Zach (their designer) and Sina, and both were on site during the project, which took approximately 2 1/2 weeks to complete. Zach worked with us to make sure that the design incorporated everything that we wanted. Sina implemented the project, making sure that every detail was taken care and that our requests were met. The front yard looks beautiful and is very low water and very low maintenance, which is what we requested. About 200 sq. feet of artificial turf has been incorporated into a design that includes a paved path and apron around the front of the house, matched borders on the driveway, plants and trees surrounded by redwood mulch, drip irrigation for the plants, and lights on the path and by the trees. We are very satisfied with the work, highly recommend Prime Gardens and would use them again.

It went well. He comes back whenever there's a problem and he's a good man.

It turned out fine. There were no additional fees or issues. They did what we purchased. The price was fine. Their responsiveness was good.

I think they were overpriced. It was like a bait-and-switch kind of thing. They were a little disappointing. Then, they went out of business. There was an additional charge to the $75 Big Deal cost. They upsold us certain things and it ended up being kind of a rip-off. It ended up being like $175 over and above because we have already paid the other one. Overtime, it did not work any better than it had before. So, I ended up hiring a good gardener finally and we are doing much better now. That was a rip-off. They were a total rip. They could be a little more transparent with the fees that would be charged. They were a little pushy. They were here and they had taken our sprinklers apart and whatever they sold us was overpriced. Our garden was dying and we wanted to do what we could. We paid the 200 bucks and had them get out of here. They did, but I would not recommend them to anybody. They show up when they say they will. The guy shows up dressed up. It just looks to me that there were there to sell stuff to me. He was not in a suit, but he was not dressed like a gardener. Their responsiveness was pretty good, but that is all mitigated with everything else. If a guy is kind of a shyster, I do not care how fast he shows up. The main thing is he charges too much and he upsells from a Deal. That is the main point to me. I would not use them again in the future and I would not recommend them.

I was very disappointed. What I got back looked like a child?s drawing with no dimension and it was incorrect. They did not even half of my house sketched and given into consideration. I could not do anything with it. There is no measurement. There is no anything. So I went with another company which is not from Angie?s List but instead from Yelp and for free he produced a detailed rendering of my yard with all kinds of details filled in as to what the materials will be used, what types of plants they will plant. They were very detailed and that was free. Prime Gardens did not charge me more than the $49 big deal and they came shortly after I bought the coupon. The whole experience was an ?F? and I will never buy any coupon from Angie?s List again. I called Angie?s List afterwards and the response that I received was that I needed to call the vendor and ask them to rectify it and that is not okay to me. You provided a coupon that was useless and could not help me so I am not giving you a chance. What I paid for my membership is not good value.

I did not spend more than the Big Deal. It was just for them to consult on how much it would cost to put in some plants. It was just a regular consultation. I decided against doing any work because of my financial situation at the time.

Waited two weeks and got a hand sketched drawing largely forgetting what I asked for.

They're pretty good. They could have done a little better job. I wasn't dissatisfied but I feel they could put a little extra effort in. They're a little bit on the pricy side. I don't know if I would hire them again just because I think there's other company now that could probably do the same job for maybe better job or cheaper. I wouldn't leave a negative review, I just don't think they would be a perfect company to go back to.

It went good enough. The crew was fine and did a good job presenting themselves. They were professional. They did miss a couple of sprinklers unfortunately. That was the only disappointing thing about it. I would tell people to use somebody else. I would not use them again.

It wasn't what I expected in so far as the schematics that he provided but it wasn't bad. It looks like something that a grade schooler had drawn. He was delayed in sending it over to me. He was late.

We will use Prime Gardens again. Sina and Ali, the owners, are easy to work with and very competent technically and with the aesthetics of yard design. In our back yard they designed and installed flagstone, plants, trees and a drip system. We also liked that their work crew is on their full time payroll. During the project one of them was on site and kept us informed and also answered all of our questions.

Sima and his fellow employee were great. They showed up on time, did a full system check including checking each zone of the sprinkler system, and fixed a leak that had been in the lawn area for months. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend and will use again if we have issues in the future.

Went well. Several days later we had a bid with a drawing of our site. We asked for a more detailed drawing and it was supplied quickly. Very happy with the service.

What a great experience. Sina was very helpful & clear since the beginning of the process. I knew exactly what I was getting with the tune up and when he showed up this morning, he was straightforward and knowledgable about everything that was going on, and where my irrigation system had issues. So nice to find a good reliable company to use in the future. AWESOME. Thank you Sina and I'm sure we will be hiring you guys in the future.
