Description of Work: The meeting to review our yard was great. Zach has a lot of knowledge and picked up on our style quickly. We loved the design and will be starting the work shortly. So far it has been a great experience and I'm sure the actual work will done the same.

Description of Work: They came to the house, checked out the area in the back of the house and came up with a plan, on paper, for a design layout for drought resistant |plants and landscaping.This was a special for $50 and I felt I got my |value and would work with them again when I am ready to begin.

Description of Work: I purchased landscape design renderings with quotations and although I have not compared prices for actual landscape job yet I am very pleased with how they provided what I paid for so far.

Description of Work: They lost all the information I originally gave them for the landscape including their drawing. When they came back to do it again, I had to tell the designer the names of plants and design to use and the sketch was so primitive I could have done it.

Description of Work: They took out a section of vines along the front walk of our house and replaced it with sod. It looks so much better now.

Description of Work: They retrofitted our sprinkler to work better for watering grass.

Description of Work: I was expecting a design plan with visual drawings. What I got was an estimate of what I feel my yard needs. I am un sure I will use this company because of a major mistake. They sent a yard maintainence crew to my house and they trimmed and mowed my yard and in the process scared my daughter. In the weeks since I am still readjusting my sprinklers! Basically, I feel I did not get what I thought I purchased from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Prime Gardens, formerly Neighborhood Gardeners, have worked at my home for the past 4 months. They did a redesign of parts of the yard/garden, which looks beautiful. They also restored the sprinkler system and installed a new control box. Some plants they chose were unavailable in the Spring: they were planted recently when available, as promised. Prime Gardens also constructed a new wooden fence, which looks good. Subsequent to these improvements/installations, I hired them for weekly upkeep gardening and that has also been very good. In my opinion, this is an outstanding group and I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They checked all of the sprinklers and pipes and were able to find numerous issues. They asked me before hand if I wanted the work done and then did an incredible job.

Description of Work: Reschedule 3 times on the day they were to arrive (first was 8am), then when they didn't show up, I called they said "sorry" will be there before noon, then it was at 2, then they finally arrived at 3pm, then spent only 15 minutes at the house, tried to charge $25 for the one $3 sprinkler head they suggested changing that was functioning perfectly. I said no, then they said they would do it for free, but did not leave me the old head (did they need it for another job?), and the new one sprayed everywhere, had to get a neighbor to come help fix that one. I would not use them again. I thought a comprehensive sprinkler service would provide me some detail about how to run the sprinklers and some guidelines as a new homeowner. I was mistaken.

Description of Work: Ali was always on time and went out of his way to do whatever I needed and then added some things without raising the cost. My yard looks amazing and I would use their services again.

Description of Work: Re-sod 300 sq feet. Went well. Very nice work. Good communication and suggestions. | |Changed out sprinkler control valves. So far so good. Seems to be good work.

Description of Work: Tuned up my sprinklers (adjusted angles, cleaned heads, etc...). He also replaced heads that were over-spraying to adjustable heads for a nominal fee. I was very happy with the service they provided.

Description of Work: I signed up for the $50 sprinkler tune up. Sam arrived on time and checked my whole system. He replaced a few old sprinkler heads that were spraying everywhere, with new adjustable ones. I thought that might be extra, but no, it was included in the price I already paid. Sam also adjusted my timer which I can never figure out! I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.
