Description of Work: Had used these guys before and needed to fix my sprinkler heads so bought a deal for sprinkler tune up which covered testing and rescheduling the system and I paid extra to replace and upgrade some of the heads to save water

Description of Work: Would not recommend to my friends. Ended up using another company.

Description of Work: Even though the company doesn't usually service Pasadena, he came out from Sherman Oaks. He checked out the sprinkler zones and gave me the necessary suggestions on what sprinklers to change and what sprinklers are wasting water and not needed. Very helpful in helping us not to waste water.

Description of Work: I got the $49 landscape plan. Zak was very nice. The confusing thing was as changes were made to the plan following consultation, they sent me several different quotes all ID'd with the same quote number, but for different prices. This process was a little sloppy; sometimes the price went up but nothing else had changed in the quote, sometimes something I had asked to be corrected was not corrected, etc. Probably just inexperience. I ended up hiring a different contractor to do the actual work. After the other contractor informed me of some limitations like "no, that kind of flower won't bloom in the shade", which Zak hadn't said, I had to wonder if Zak had just agreed with everything I'd asked for even if it wasn't actually practical. But they mean well and aim to please.

Did a measurement and evaluation of the spaces...then told me he would make drawings and proposal and get back to me.... Several weeks later I received hand drawn sort of elementary product offering huge pricy stuff to do my yard...It was laughable.... Thanks.....

Description of Work: Purchased the big deal, they provided a drawing that did not look very professional but it did have some good ideas about plants. They took a few days longer than the originally said and they did not provide a quote on the total job.

Description of Work: The guy who came out was very personable and seemed knowledgeable . I explained what I wanted, gave him a picture, and he said he would send the garden plan. And he did about a week later. It was nice, but not at all what I wanted. I called and told him and he said he'd get back to me. A few days later I got a new plan that looked almost identical to the old plan with an estimate of over $13000! This was to update my front lawn area and slope, not a particularly large area. I am going to have it done by others for about $6,000. I have no doubt that Prime would have done a great job but $13,000 was way more than I can afford.

Description of Work: They gave me a plan for how to redo the back yard, remove the turf and make it more drought tolerant. Listened to preferences regarding plant types/styles. Knowledgeable, professional, prompt and delivered plan on time.
