We bought their initial services coupon on-line from one of your specials. Unfortunately, for me, they were booked up for the following three weeks. So we booked a date for three weeks out and they let me choose my time window, on a Saturday afternoon between 3:00pm ? 5:00pm, which was fine for us. They called us at 0900 on the date of the appointment and asked if they could arrive in ½ hour. This was perfect, as some things had come up for us later in the day. When Ali Kadkhoda and his technician showed up, they went right to work. They first asked my concerns with my current watering setup. They addressed these immediately and proceeded to see what else they could do to improve my lawn watering, and decrease the amount of water I was using. They were extremely careful with my plants and shrubs, and were able to decrease my actual watering time with proper placement of my sprinkler heads and installed different types of sprinkler heads that had better coverage. Everything seemed to be good. A few days later I had to call them on a minor problem. They showed up immediately and were very friendly and expertly fixed the minor problem. Throughout the entire process ?Ali? & his partner ?Sam? were extremely courteous and helpful. Their aim was to have a satisfied customer, and they succeeded. I was extremely happy with them and their friendliness and warmth was beyond reproach. I will most certainly recommend them to my friends and relatives.

Ali came at the end of the one hour range that he said he'd come. He called ahead of time and told me exactly when he'd be here. He came with an employee, and was very professional, kind and knowledgable. I had no sense that he was trying to recommend unnecessary work. All work was performed perfectly, and we walked the property together to make final adjustments. Highly recommend.

They seemed honest and we liked them very much. They did what they were suppose to do and unclogged the sprinklers heads where they were stopped up. They also checked for leaks. Very nice guys.

Not very well. They didn't tell me anything. I didn't already renew and I think it was terrible. What they told me that needed to have done in my sprinkler system, they over priced. It's really not that helpful. They ended up charging me that but there was no too much done. Basically, all they did was just come over and diagnosed the problem and I'm like, wait I know what the problem is. I didn't need to pay them for telling me what the problem with my system was. I give them good marks on responsiveness.

I purchased the sprinkler tune up and was very happy with the service. Helped adjust our timer, replace some nozzles and answer some question we had. No hard sell or unnecessary upgrades - friendly, thorough, and fast service.

Not well. Purchased coupon on 3/16/14 and advised (as they requested) 3 dates for 3/20, 3/21 and 3/24. Did not hear from provider so called 5 min ago and was advised that 1st available appointment was 11 days from now.

, After an initial problem of going to the wrong house, which mandated another appointment, all was perfect for us. Went around the house with 4 people for an hour, suggested and indicated the problems with the sprinklers, showed us the broken pipe problems, went over the scope of what they wanted to do. I immediately was pleasantly vibed about their competence and reliability. This was shown to me after they finished the job. The 4 that showed up to do the work were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. they did the installation over a period of 5 hours, adjusting existing sprinkler heads, switching out to newer and more effective coverage, and even planted a few pots for us, which we did not contract for them to do, but they thought, correctly, that it would look better in our yard. Installing the pipes, and checking the coverage in our yard, on our hill, both front and back, was a time filling job, handled with no problem by them. Installed the water pressure regulator, indicating this would save us quite a bit of water, and money, and we left it with them to propose bids for gardening service, masonry on our stone areas, and trellis work for our back yard overhang. More to come, and waiting for more good things to say.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They got it done. I didn't love them and I probably won't use them again. They were really late, it was past the hour they said they were going to come. They were fine but I didn't think they were that affordable. I needed something no matter what it should cost so that I could get that done, but I kind of felt afterwards that I kind of got sold more than I should have. You pay $50 for them to come out there and then they tell you everything you need. It was one of those things that was just so quick that I had them fix two sprinklers and then they said something else and it was $100. I realized I just paid $100 to have half a foot of pipe installed that I could have done myself. It was like, let's get out there and get the money that we can which every company is doing. I had to call them 3 or 4 times before they came out. The only issue I have with them is they were way late. I called them a few times. I don't think they were that cheap.

It went okay. I should have called them after they left but I wanted them to check on something I thought that's leaking. They said it wasn't leaking. After they left, it was definitely leaking. I ended up fixing it myself. They gave me some good feedback on what to do with my sprinklers. They were very informative. They didn't fix the leak. I just figured it out myself and I had to buy a new part and put it all back together. There were no additional charges. They offered to do things for an additional charge. We didn't do anything. They were friendly and repsonsive. They seemed to be more like landscapers. They were looking for landscaping work. They realized that they're not going to get extra money for me. We had a nice conversation. They didn't show up on time but they were highly communicative about that. They kept me informed that they won't be on time.

It went good. They were a little expensive.

Ali, the gentleman who gave me the estimate, was very thorough and professional. Both he and the two workmen were extremely courteous and polite. They did a top-notch job, and I am very happy with the result. I would definitely hire this company again and highly recommend them.

We bought the service. We decided not to use the service. We communicated with the company and they referred us to process a refund through this website. They were very polite, courteous, and understanding. The representative from Angie's List we spoke with over the phone was also very courteous and helpful, and sent this webpage to get the refund processed.

I've been extremely impressed by the professionalism and integrity of both Ali and Sam from my first interaction with them. They returned my call right away and then followed up again (I'd been away and had not called back). They gave me a fair estimate to clear out the backyard and the hill above it, and the work was done on time and with great attention to detail. Both Ali and Sam came by several times to oversee the work. I like this company so much I'm having them take over the monthly gardening, and they'll be doing new landscaping. They are super-responsive. I can text Ali and hear back from him ASAP. I highly recommend this company!

The company provided us with the most competitive quote - underbid some competitors by as much as $3500. The crew worked hard, were punctual, and were consistently attentive to my concerns. They made sure that I was happy, and came back to make adjustments that I had requested.

Our front yard sprinkler valves were old, worn out and leaking. I want them replaced and relocated. I called Neighborhood Gardening Corporation, and talked to Ali. These guys are professionals, they go out of their way to accommodate you. Sam (Neighborhood Gardening Corporation), knew exactly what I needed to get done (I was not at home when they did the job). I certainly would recommend and call them again in the future.
