Description of Work: The company assessed my sprinklers; they did fine. On some of the Big Deals that are offered I get the sense that the companies offer it as a price leader to sell you something more, whether you need it or not.

Description of Work: All of the sprinklers were checked and I had them change some old sprinkler heads with new and repair a couple of others. They reprogrammed the sprinkler and everything is working perfectly. Excellent service. Would use them again in a minute.

Description of Work: My experience with the provider was polite from the beginning. Neighborhood Gardening called to make an appointment and arrived in the time range they provided. Three men came to do the sprinkler check. At one point they said I would need a taller sprinkler head in one are of the yard as it was one reason why surrounding grass was not being watered. That would have cost an additional $30. Soon after I was told that the surrounding grass was preventing it form popping up, but that all was working fine. They adjusted the direction of the sprinkler to maximize the are receiving water.

Description of Work: Changed 5 sprinkler heads, added a sprinkler head above ground, fixed broken line, added a pressure valve, and checked timer. They did a fine job but were not good about communication. They did not contact me about rescheduling a rained out appointment. I contacted them. The appointment was at 1pm and they came at 10:30am, fortunately I was home. I felt like the work was done well and quickly but the price was high.
