It doesn't get better than working with someone like Isaac. He is trustworthy, responsible, fair, and extremely helpful. He removed the old flooring from our kitchen and laundry area and installed a new tile floor. He helped negotiate with the tile store to get the perfect tile for our budget. Due to our travels we were in and out of town over a few weeks, and Isaac was in constant communication and worked around our crazy schedule to make sure we were comfortable each step of the way. Premium Remodeling has done excellent work. Thank you.

1) Overall average. 2) was nor told wood floors have 1/8 inch slots in between each plank. I have animals they are a Pain to clean. 3) Floors where not level. Partly my fault i should have mentioned it also. He did not recommend putting leveling concrete and he is the professional. Now some slats of wood floors move when you step on them. 4) Told did not want sub-contactors. Put on first contact. Used a lot of them. 5) Plummer put pipes under garbage disposal (made no sense), not behind. contactor took short cut. Had to push them to redo pipes behind disposal. 6) Had to have painter's come out 3 or 4 times. I finally gave up and will finish painting myself. Missed painting some molding and looks terrible around door handles, put on door handle before paint was dry. 7) Keep up selling. Each time talked me into an additional job. instead of being upfront and pricing whole job. I could have said no, but in middle of job. 8) Salesman only came to pick up money. But, could reach on phone. 9) Charged $1,000 to replace 4 water valves. And water was already off. way too much, but was in middle of job. call me and said it was a emergency. 10) Had to have each part of job back multiple time to do a good job. 11) DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING TILL TO GET MULTIPLE BIDS. I FELT OVERPRICED. Work was good not great.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Isaac and his team at Premium Remodeling Inc. Long story short, I inherited the house from my grandparents; and I realized that it’s time to remodel the bathrooms and to replace the carpet with hardwood floors. We talked to several different contractors, obtaining bid estimates from each of them - and they all came out to about the same price. However, we felt that Isaac’s positive attitude & communication skills were top notch. He was so easy to work with, thoroughly understood what we were looking to do, and super responsive (*gasp* he actually answers his cell whenever you call!). What really stood about Isaac & Premium Remodeling Inc. was that after his team of workers had finished with everything & left our house - a few hours later, my husband & I noticed an "aesthetic annoyance" with one of the planks in the wood flooring. One of the planks was noticeably cut a few centimeters too short, and so there was this little white area of caulking which just stood out compared to the rest of the floor. Maybe I'm just supremely OCD - but, it stood out & just reeeeally bothered me, like when someone wears socks with sandals, or has ashy elbows. Although we could have just gone down the street to Home Depot to buy some brown caulking to blend that sucker in, we took some pics of the area in question & texted them to Isaac to ask his opinion. He immediately sent his team back to our house that same day to re-do that entire single plank... And voila! The OCD Monster inside of me went back into its cave, and everyone lived happily ever after in our newly remodeled bathrooms and hardwood floors.

First i would like to start with a big THANK YOU isaac, joe, adi and the rest of Premium Remodeling inc. team. You see i am a very emotional person, so when things seem impossible to me i find myself in a state of dispare, but not once was i told that something i wanted for my brand new kitchen is impossible to do, i loved the fact that the crew had such a positive outlook on everything that they didnt mind my craziness ;) We bought our first house and did an extensive search for a good contractor with an affordable price, and boy let me tell you its not easy out there, it took us 5 contractors until we got isaac and what can i say it was love at first sight (haha), from his customer service crew at the office, to adi the office manager and even his partner joe, they were all so attentive and friendly to work with and to communicate, we started the project a couple of days after signing the contract (btw isaac was the second lowest bid but that smile and professional conduct is worth every extra penny), demolition was rough since there is dust but i left the house and by the time i came its was all cleaned and done, just like that we went in to doing electrical, plumbing and then we had an inspection, once we started closing the walls i finally started seeing everything coming together and by the time the cabinets were in i was so happy i couldn't contain i literally shrieked !. by the time we were done (3 1/2 weeks after which is not bad at all) i was so happy i couldn't wait to share my experience with all my friends, so naturally i had a huge party and all my friends were so impressed they are all talking to Isaac for future remodeling. needless to say this is a notice to all who reads this, if you guys are looking for honest people to work with call Premium remodeling inc, it doesn't get better then them. Thank you isaac and the crew we will see you in September for the bathroom :)

I was noticing a lot of cracks around my house and in my house a lot of dips started accumulating. I contacted premium remodeling who sent out Isaac, the project manage. He took his time, explaining the problems with the house; my foundation was cracking and had shifted. Premium remodeling saved my house I am extremely grateful for their superb work. I am happy I contacted them. The job was complete after a week!! I feel much safer now that I know the foundation of my house is solid and not going to collapse in the future... I contacted my Premium Remodeling after I found a leak in my kitchen, they sent over a representative to give me an estimate, which was the most reasonable of any others I had received. They were extremely professional and answered any questions I had. While checking the leak, they discovered mold. In the process of mold removal, they repaired the drywall and painted the kitchen. I was so satisfied with their service I actually decided to update the cabinets to give my kitchen a more modern, updated feel. I am very satisfied with the work done unto my house. Premium was responsive, reasonably priced, professional, and did a great job. Thank you

My husband and I have been talking about remodeling our kitchen for a really long time, but after doing it I can't even believe we waited so long. The kitchen looks beautiful! My whole family centers around the kitchen now and we feel like we live in a new home. Premium remodeling was great from the estimate to the finished product. Premium came prepared with a 3D design to help us envision our new kitchen. We went through a few samples and came up with the perfect fit for our home. We loved the service and efficiency of working with Premium. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Premium to receive an estimate. After speaking to multiple companies, Premium offered me the best prices with the best quality materials. We have been wanting to update our bathroom for quite some time and we couldn't be happier with the results. We refaced our kitchen cabinets as well and our house feels like a new home. The services provided by premium far exceeded our expectations. There was clear communication, professional work ethics, and a beautiful finished product. I called to get an estimate on replacing my roof. I met with a few companies but none of them were in my budget, one blew me off, and the other never returned my call after the estimate. When I called Premium they were professional, reasonably priced, and helpful. Premium finished the work in a short amount of time. And I cant be happier with the house now. My roof looks brand new! We had the shingles replaced and replaced the plywood. The quality of materials used is very good, and the work crew had superb workmanship. I will definitely work with this company again and will be happy to refer them out.

If you want to work with a reliable, highly competent, articulate, and friendly contractor, Isaac is the guy to turn to. While remodeling our driveway, handling our exterior paint, and landscaping, he stayed on budget and on time. He's on top of his team and all of them were friendly and reliable too. The house looks great! As well, he was so easy to get a hold of because he is totally tech-savvy and uses text and emails effectively over the course of the day. Great Job!

Overall, I am very satisfied with the results. We were beginning to worry about the smell and called Premium Remodeling Inc. to take a look. They provided us with mold remediation services, which required drywall patching and paint. My husband and I decided we would prefer to just paint the entire house since we were already remodeling the house. We had them upgrade the electrical wiring and panel box as well. Our house needed that refreshment and we really love the way it looks. Working with the Premium Remodeling team was a joy. They were extremely experienced and professional. The project manager was on top of things and they finished the job in the estimated time frame. Lovely people and great service.

Im glad I made the choice to work with Premium Remodeling Inc. They were punctual and well within my budget. They replaced my old shingles to tile roofing, applied stucco to add some dimension, and painted the exterior of my house. My house has never been more aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend working with this company!! From the first phone call to the finished product you receive exceptional customer service. The job is clean and organized, the workers are consistent, and the project manager is in constant communication throughout all stages of the remodeling. Great job :D

I needed to update my bathrooms so I contacted a few companies. Of all the estimates, Premium offered the best price for me. They showed me a few samples and helped me pick the best options for the look and budget I had in mind. After looking at a few samples we went to their showroom to look at different options. I went for a natural stone. They had a 3d design to show me how it look when it is finished. It was a smooth process and I love my new bathrooms. My new bathrooms finally have a nice natural look that we were looking for. The contractor suggested to add a small bench in the shower that is fantastic. We got great service and great prices.

My friend just had some work done on her home and suggested we use the company she worked with. I had been looking for a reasonably priced contractor for some time that would be able to provide me with good service and would be available when I needed them to be. I work in the service industry so my standards are relatively high when it comes to these things and Premium exceeded my expectations. Isaac was involved, patient, extremely professional, and was great at keeping in contact with me throughout the project. After going through the samples I had decided on a few options and consulted Isaac regarding my choices. He put in his two cents and even tried to show me similar products for a better price! He cared about is my customer satisfaction, which is something I really appreciate. I decided on the maple plank floors, tile floors in the kitchen & bathrooms, and a beautiful mint color for the living room. The job was finished in good time and everything looks exactly as I had pictured it. I love my new home and I owe it all to Isaac and the Premium Inc family

After receiving the estimate I knew I wanted to work with Premium. I had met with Isaac who was professional, sincere, and accepted the vision I had for my home. He wasn't trying to sell me things I didn't need. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I wanted to extend my bedroom and make it into a master bedroom with a gorgeous bathroom. We added french doors to create the perfect bedroom. Upgraded the plumbing and electrical box and panel. We also installed mahogany wood floors throughout the house and painted the home in a beautiful creme color. I felt like I could count on the team at Premium. Any questions I had or any issues were resolved in reasonable timing. They were always professional and they really made my dream house into a reality. I love my house and I can't thank them enough for creating my dream home. I would highly recommend working with Premium Remodeling Inc!!!

WE HAD A LOT OF WORK DONE ON THE HOUSE AND WE ARE HAPPY WE WORKED WITH PREMIUM. THEY HAD GREAT PRICES AND WERE RELIABLE. MY HOUSE LOOKS LIKE NEW. THE KITCHEN WAS UPGRADED COMPLETLY WITH NEW GRANITE COUNTER TOPS AND CUSTOM CABINETS AND NEW CERAMIC TILE. THEY PAINTED THE HOUSE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. I had a really good experience working with Premium. They were really friendly and understanding. I needed my roof replaced and to paint my house's exterior. I also wanted to replace the windows of my house. They replaced my windows with double pane windows and they helped me fill out a rebate to save me money. They were professional and on schedule. My roof looks great and Im happy I chose to work with Premium!

We contacted Premium Remodeling Inc. for a free estimate and are glad we chose to work with them. They had an incredible team and had excellent prices. I've been meaning to upgrade my kitchen for a while now, but I didn't want the project to interfere with entertainment during the holidays. We wanted a brand new kitchen for the new year. We replaced our cabinets, replaced and updated our countertops ( to beautiful quartz stone), upgraded our plumbing and electrical wiring, and finally we added an amazing island with bar seating. We had all of this done before the holiday season and when our guests arrived they couldn't believe how great our kitchen looked. Not only are we elated by the amazing new kitchen, but we loved the peace of mind we were able to have knowing we were working with such a considerate, genuine, and proficient company. Great Job!
