I was looking to upgrade my home for a while now, but was looking for a reliable company to work with. My neighbor had recommended Premium Remodeling Inc after they had worked on her home, and they did and amazing job. This is a great company to work with. They have an excellent team and they are extremely professional. We wanted to replace our cracked driveway because it which was a problem for my elderly mother. We replaced our old broken roof and replaced it with shingles that have a 30- year warranty and even added rain gutters for free! We also fixed the foundation on my home. Thank you for making my house a home.

Since we decided to start the project we understood that we must have a reliable company that we could trust with such a big job. We chose to go with Premium Remodeling Inc after we received several estimates from multiple companies. The project manager assisted us from the beginning; providing us with plans for the extension and even took care of the permit for us. After the permit was approved by the city we started the job immediately. The workers were extremely profession and very consistent. We met with the same workers from the beginning to the end of the project. We knew who we were dealing with, which put us at ease. The foreman was with us daily inspecting the workers and their jobs. We extended our living and bathroom by 500 sq ft, completely remodeled the new bathroom, upgraded our electrical and rewired the entire house. We removed the asbestos from the ceiling and we installed new recess lighting, along with patching of the drywall and complete interior paint throughout the house. I loved working with Premium Remodeling. I felt like I was dealing with family due to their sincerity and patients throughout the entire project. I love the way my home feels now, with the new lighting and extension. This is honestly the best company I've ever worked with.

I needed some work done on my house from the roofing to electrical wiring and insulation. We replaced the shingles on the roof, fixed the insulation throughout the house, updated the electrical wiring and panel box, installed drywall with patching and paint all for around $22,000. They were really friendly and sincere. Isaac worked with me on making sure I got the best deal for the dollar. They provided me with great customer service and great quality work. I could call with any number of questions per day and I always got a hold of someone to answer me honestly. I love the work done on my house and the outstanding team at premium remodeling inc.

Joe came out to give me a free estimate, which was very reasonable. We decided to get a few other estimates. The information and samples provided by Premium Remodeling were the best quality. The project manager met with us whenever necessary, kept in constant contact about the job progress, and provided updates when needed. He and his crew were always willing to answer our inquiries & worked hard to finish the project in a reasonable time period. The kitchen was completely remodeled and looks fantastic! We replaced the kitchen cabinets and countertops and installed ceramic tiles. We also added new double pane windows which compliment our new hardwood floors. Joe even helped us fill out the rebate form to save us additional money on the job. We really enjoyed working with the company and would recommend them to family & friends.

My son had come to visit me and said the bathroom smelled like mold. We did our research and stumbled upon Premium Remodeling Inc. They had some great reviews and after speaking to the sweet woman on the phone, they sent Isaac to give me an estimate on the damage. He was the kindest, most sincere, professional young man I have ever met. He guided me through what would be necessary to repair the mold including the new drywall. After speaking to him, my son and I then decided to upgrade my pipelines to copper piping, due to their corrosion resistance. Isaac even helped me pick out the lovely color on the walls. We ended fixing both bathrooms. They raised my shower heads to my specific needs. Overall, the whole process was such a breeze. The crew was extremely organized and friendly and they always made sure to clean up before they left.

I had held off doing my floors for a while now but I am glad I made the decision to. I enjoy coming home everyday from pulling up to the driveway to walking through my front door. The amazing crew at Premium Remodeling Inc. remodeled the flooring of the entire house for a reasonable cost, which included new Brazilian hardwood floors throughout most of my house and Travertine tile in the kitchen and bathroom. I love the new paint job (interior and exterior) and stucco, it gave my home the updated look I was searching for. I am happy I chose to work with Premium Remodeling, they were orderly and reasonably priced. Everything was taken care of in a reasonable time frame and I was able to show off the new place in time for the holidays. In addition, The project manager was real pleasure to work with. His knowledge, expertise and kind personality are refreshing. He and his team were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work.

The crew was hard working and considerate to us and our home. My wife and I felt like we were in good hands. They were extremely punctual and orderly. They made sure to keep each area tidy everyday. The staff filled us in on the process as well as any changes. There was frequent communication with the project manager, Isaac, and the crew at Premium Remodeling; all concerns were immediately addressed. Isaac was extremely professional and reassuring. We now have a beautifully remodeled kitchen and flooring (we especially love the our new granite countertops!). Overall we had a wonderful experience with Premium Remodeling Inc and would highly recommend this company to others.

My experience with Premium Remodeling Inc. was amazing; from the estimate to the completed work on our home. My husband and I have spent the last several months remodeling and preparing our house to move into. Over the course of this process we have been fortunate enough to work with excellent professionals. We initially began the process with the paint job which went so smoothly that we decided to continue working with the company. The crew came prepared and on time, their job was clean and very professionally done. Not only were we satisfied with the work on the house, but the customer service was outstanding. I could always count on Nataly and the staff to answer my questions and set up meetings whenever needed. The project manager was especially wonderful, he was always on schedule and delivered all his promises. I would recommend everyone I know to work with the crew at Premium Remodeling. I truly felt like I was working with people who cared for me and had a passion for their work and their clients.

With a leak in our roof we decided to consult a few companies to give us an estimate on the damage. We met with a few remodeling companies, however after meeting with Premium Remodeling, the choice was simple. The price was in our budget range, they gave us a complete outline of the process we would undergo with the roof and the damages caused by the leak, and the confidence that we could really trust them with our business. The leak in the roof had caused mold to grow and spread from the ceiling to studs of the house, which required a change in drywall and to finish off with an interior paint job. The entire process was made extremely simple due to the kind and honest work of our amazing project manager and the Premium Remodeling Inc. team. It was never a bother; they went over everything with us and provided excellent customer service and skilled craftsmanship.

Wanted to have my kitchen remodeled by Christmas, interviewed numerous other Contractors and Isaac Sastiel from Premium came out sold me right away on his honesty when it came down to the prices. The others didn't add all the necessary things I knew I would need in the end. He was always able to get a hold of by phone, text or email. They were very reliable when it came to having workers at my home on the days they said they would be there and the time. They made sure to put paper/plastic down on my hardwood floors when working and always cleaned up at night before they left. If I had any questions other than needing to call Isaac I knew that Natalie in the office could help me out. She too was very helpful and made sure to call and check up on how things were going on the remodel. I can't really say one bad thing about this company with the work they did for me. They had everything done on time like promised even with a couple delays that are normal in remodeling. I would highly recommend this company and I would make sure to ask for Isaac Sastiel because he was very helpful, honest and reliable. He came through like he promised by Christmas. You hear so much about Contractors in a bad way at times, I wanted to share with you that this Company is well worth your time if your looking for any type of remodeling needs.

great work premium remodeling ,excellent service .. I have upgraded my windows to double Pane , fixed all the cracks on the stucco ,fascia boards and eaves , and repainted the exterior and my bedroom, bathroom and kitchen ... it looks amazing!! my house is beautiful again .....thanks premium remodeling

A friend of mine referred premium remodeling inc , I have to say it was a pleasure working with such a great company , they walked me thru step by step with my project . The project manager took me to the slab yard to choose counter tops and they provided a 3D design on how my new kitchen would look , we upgraded our lights to recess lights , and repaired my existing foundation , I also had premium remodeling do my roof , and upgrade my plumbing too, they have a wonderful staff always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile

It went smoothly and efficiently. Everybody knew what he was doing, the crew was extremely knowledgeable and punctual. They have very high standards of work ethics and are extra class professionals. I have never met painters who do not do any mess: they are so neat and so accommodating, it is just hard to believe. All the neighbors envy my new driveway and want to remodel with this Company. My house is a model example for every construction company. Looking at the job performed any professional in this business would admit they deserve grade A+. I had many repairs and remodelings in the past and my experience was mostly negative. This time with Premium Remodeling I ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! I would highly recommend this Company to everybody who is looking for reliable constructors.

I first called them since i had some water damage from an upstairs neighbor, we found out the water damage caused MOLD!! From there we started doing the remediation for the mold and they were so helpful and compassionate. i am 9 months pregnant so i was so stressed out about the mold i needed someone that can understand and they did!! from there we found out the bathroom, kitchen and most of the sub floors have mold. we started with gutting out the kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout the house, the entire process took us a month and a half which is pretty quick for the amount of work that was performed , they also painted all the rooms and the great room and added some nice crown and base molding. They arrived every morning on time (8-9) they were respectful to my house and my belongings and most of all the projects manager Isaac was such a sweetheart!! i highly recommend them, they have amazing work, quality is exceptional and customer service is one of the best i have ever had experience with.

It turned out perfectly. They have great customer service. They are prompt in giving you any response that is needed. They are very friendly people to work with.
