Description of Work: After signing contract and doing demolition they wanted an additional $3500 for crack repairs. Would not guarantee work without repairing all cracks, no matter how small. Made it sound like floor was really out of level and cracks were a major problem. | |Got another estimate for less money, including repairs (he said cracks were very minor). Finished in less time and guaranteed work. | |Premium demands most of cost be paid up front. It was a hassle, but we did eventually get a refund. Salesmen were very personable. Not sure if it was subcontracted installer or Premium that was not willing to deal.
