The first day's work done by Manfred was done to my satisfaction. There was more work than initially estimated but I was happy with the wiring and he was able to remove the wall heater in the bathroom and put the first layer of mud to patch the hole. I was very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday with the same 2 technicians. Matt worked 2 hours and took off for lunch. Came back for another 2 1/2 hours and left the job undone. The drywall was estimated for 4 hours and Matt had only managed to cut and put up the drywall. He did not apply tape or mud and no one informed me he was leaving. I talked to Donna and we agreed to have Tim, the Operation's mgr. come assess the job. He was professional and apologetic and finished the job to my satisfaction. Matt should have finished in the time allotted so I wasn't charged. It took a total of 4 visits to complete everything and it was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

The workman came on time. He was very professional. It took a little longer than estimated because the deck was so porous.

Good work and service, somewhat responsive, for handyman work. Well licensed, bonded, and good guarantee on work performed.

I think I've said pretty much everything I wanted to say. Thanks again. Angie's List was a great business idea.

He showed up on time and did the work. He was efficient and pleasant.

Matt showed up on time and was courteous and efficient. He explained the problem with the ceiling (possible water damage) and was amenable to doing a "quick-fix" until I was able to have a roofer come and assess the roof. He was very straight-forward about all of the possibilities I was facing with potential ceiling damage.

arrived w/i 30min. was polite, helpful, & vry pleasant.started on tasks.couldn't find hrdwe needed, went to store, got what needed & returned. spent most at house, completing all but 2 items & jobs not listed here.will use co again & discussed 2 remaining proj. 2nd time used this co. req person who came before, was too busy, so said like s/o w/same exp. sent Chance. did everything needed, & all efficiently, quickly, & correctly. just pleased w/him as had been w/man they sent the 1st time. asked what needed & then scheduled the appt. need to know what needs to be done & schedule s/o for correct time. s/o would be here btwn 8&8:30. had to leave & when got back at 8:01 was sitting in front of house. worked with Tim before & was as great as always. very thorough; does not make mistakes; does not destroy something while fixing something else; is very nice, polite & helpful. left him blank check. That's how much I trust him. finished everything I asked, left receipt & chg'd what expected.

The gutter over the front of the condo was clogged. I scheduled an appointment with Mr.Handyman, but the day before the appointment, they called and asked me to reschedule. That was not so convenient for me, but I agreed on a new date. They gave me a $25 discount in the final bill. Barry arrived on time, inspected the gutter, and decided to go on the roof to get to it, rather than using a tall ladder from the street level. When he found that the downspout was clogged, he had to come downstairs to get his snake, but he still finished the job within 30 minutes. He advised me to replace two parts of the downspout because they are corroded and leaking.

The guy that worked here was a nice enough guy, but the price kept changing. He really took his time and as a result the price kept rising. They originally quoted me one price on the phone, but then it was higher when he got here.

CRAIG WAS HELPFUL, SAVED US MONEY BY HELPING REBUILD A WINDOW FRAME. CLEANED-UP, WORKED HARD AND QUICKLY.

I have already made an appointment for additional work and have approximate costs for two additional jobs.

Mr. Handyman associate arrived within the promised time frame and even called ahead to give me a more specific time, which allowed me to run other errands. Had I known how quickly and efficiently he worked, I would have added more to my "to-do" list to fill up two hours (the minimum time charge).

I called to schedule. I got a very polite representative on the phone, who quickly set up an appointment within a few days at my convenience. The workman came on time and was extremely helpful and professional. He was highly qualified and a fantastic worker. I would use this service again, and will whenever I have small jobs around the house.

MATT THE HANDYMAN WAS PUNCTUAL, POLITE & VERY CAPABLE. WE WILL USE COMPANY AGAIN.

He was on time, courteous, and wherever he could, he helped me save money (the company charges by the hour, so if you can run out to get the supplies needed, that will save you money, though if you want them to go for you, they will do that too). He ordered the tasks so that he got the maximum amount of work done in the minimum amount of time. He gave helpful advice on other projects.

Competent, bright, prompt. Tim was just a great guy to deal with. He phoned to say he was in traffic and would be 10 minutes late! He did everything in a few hours and saved me the trouble of booking all different guy for each job. I think the price is reasonable as it saved me so much hassle just having one guy do it all. They called the next day to make sure everything went well. Totally cleaned up afterwards too!

SENT ONLY ONE INSTALLER WHEN TWO WERE NEEDED. TECHNICIAN WAS SLOW AND HAD MINIMAL EXPERIENCE. DID NOT HAVE ALL TOOLS NEEDED. PRICE IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR WORK PERFORMED AND EXPERIENCE OF WORKER WAS OVERRATED. VERY SLIP SHOD WORK. WE WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON.

Matt was great worker, a great problem solver and very competent. He showed up a bit late, but stayed very late to complete everything.

Quick reply when first called. Promptly showed up. Very cordial handyman who was willing to answer questions. Followup call from office to check on work.

The work when finished was of good quality. However, although the workmen were diligent in their work, and were helpful and friendly in accommodating to a household that had to keep functioning while they worked, they made a lot of mess and didn't tarp carefully. The main office was prompt to respond to my concerns, and were very accommodating about remedying the problems. This is a pricey outfit (as of July 06, over $100 per hour per person), but they are good about responding to any complaints.

The handyman was over 2 hours late and their rates are incredibly high. However, he did a very nice job with the work.

While company rep was easy to reach, returned calls in timely manner, the work itself was delayed because worker was longer on previous job than expected. Work performed however was excellent and discounts were given for the inconvenience. The rep and worker performed in a professional and service-oriented manner.

I had scheduled someone to come and install a window A/C unit for my garage. First, I was told I would receive a confirmation email which I did not. The morning of the job I called to confirm. Someone called me back and said they were coming out in the afternoon. At the time they were scheduled to arrive, I received a call saying that the man was not coming because he had a doctors appointment and the doctor banned him from working due to an injury. This was after I had confirmed and arranged to be off work to be home. I was very unhappy. I was also told there was no back up available due to the holiday weekend.

They were on-time, professional and provided good quality work. I would have them come back again if I needed work done.
