The HandyMan is sometimes very busy but he has a system that if he can fit you in and you are available he will call you and get the job done very quickly. Otherwise he is happy to make an appointment.

I just can't get these guys to give me an estimate! Twice I've called about two different jobs and spoke to two different people who take down the job information and my phone number and email and never call back or email. Very frustrating. I won't be calling again.

Called after no success of installing roller shades in my family room on my own. The assigned Jon Q to the job and he came over within an hour of calling. He was punctual, professional and had all the required materials needed to finish the job. Whole installation took about an hour. He did the job right and everything looks leveled and even. Will definitely use Mr. Handyman again in the future.

the Handyman arrived early but he didn't have the Parts needed for the Job. His reply was, "Oh, I didn't Know, nobody told me". Thanks and have a good day I said... sorry to waste your time. done & done. I'm calling someone else that has better communication and comes totally prepared.

Handyman Jon Q was prompt and professional. He had a good knowledge of the plumbing and electrical systems and was friendly with a good attitude. The service was provided on an Angie's List coupon for 2 hours of handyman services.

Went well. Service was prompt and technician was well equipped, knowledgeable, and friendly. He walked me through everything he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. Did a great job!

Called and asked for someone to come out to give me a quote for a few odd jobs around the house. Man on the phone who had an extreme cold and kept sniffling in my ear told me they were going to charge me over $100 to give me a quote, but because I am an Angie's List member that would be discounted to $80. This is the biggest scam I have ever heard of. As an owner of 3 properties, I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER had to pay for someone to look around for 15 minutes to give me a quote. I say this is a scam because then you feel obligated to accept their quote otherwise you are out $80. Imagine paying $80 every time you wanted to get competing quotes. Do you just pay the amount the first guy tells you? I don't, and won't.

The tech repaired the faucet in about twenty minutes and spent the rest of the two hour minimum labor charge, trying to repair a couple of stuck bedroom windows, but were not successful at repair the windows. Last week a rep from Mr. Handyman called and told me that they were refunding one hour of labor charge ($116) because they didn't fix the problem. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman for their honesty, and integrity and I plan to use them in the future. In today's society, not too many companies take the time and go the extra mile to make things right.

At about 5PM, our garage door opener broke. I called Manfred at Mr.Handyman and he came to our home within about 45 minutes. He was not able to fix the problem but suggested a company to use and he called their office about us. I was not charged for this visit. This morning, I followed up, contacted Aluminum Door and Screen and they sent out a serviceman who fixed the problem. I have used Mr. Handyman's services many times and have been extremely pleased with their work. Manfred Niemetschek has been exceptionally helpful. I am very grateful that he helped us solve a problem quickly and cheerfully. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

James was on time and professional. He worked fast and accomplished a whole laundry list of chores over a four hour time period that would have required two or three specialist tradesmen to accomplish individually. In that respect, it's a pretty good deal to have one competent service provider come and do it all at once. The quality of the work performed was very good and we'd use them again.

Frank was on time, worked hard and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained to me what the problem is with our windows, letting us know what the options are and what he would do if it were his house. He replaced the cranks and unstuck the ones that wouldn't open. I would totally use him again.

Everything went well and looked great. However, the plumbing proved problematic. Pipes were old and had been neglected. But Dan never gave up and worked diligently until the job was done, all the while accommodating our schedules with concern for our inconvenience Even with the extra hours, he worked with his office to honor our original estimate! Daniel, Luis and Mark were a pleasure to do business with whether in the office or over the phone. Yes! We would definitely hire Dan and other contractors from Mr. Handyman again!

Don was professional and pleasant. It took a day to do the powerwash work. A few days later when the deck was dry he returned with a helper (Tom) and they moved all the heavy plants, etc. off the deck, cleaned between all the deck boards and painted the deck with sealant. Several days later they put all the heavy items back on the deck. The house looks great and the deck is ready for rain. I would be happy to use Don again.

It went well. The man who came out to do this work was knowledge and gracious. No problems except those caused the difficulty of the work itself. I will use them again. I also was able to take advantage of discount coupons which really helped.

This vendor was wonderful. he was easy to get into contact with and hung my two televisions perfectly. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction and left no mess. The price was good and I would use again.

fantastic service! They are fast, professional and they really guarantee their work. We had a his man friday sort of handyman before but found we had to keep calling him back all the time to re-do things properly. These guys are really a step up. Love them and will continue to use them.

When he was done he said I had him for an hour and he did extra work for me. He was a very nice guy, Danny Lewis is who came out. Very personable, very professional, and very pleasant overall.

James was amazing. Did everything on our list and the list was long and varied from plumbing to electrical to hanging pictures and a lot more. Yes, it was expensive, BUT, he was at our home the entire day and did everything we needed and what we needed could have cost as much if not more depending upon how many different people we would have needed for all the jobs. Well worth and definitely get what you pay for which is A+ work and A+ work ethic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Frank was GREAT. He was professional and quick, but didn't avoid the hard stuff-- several of my jobs turned out to be much more difficult than he anticipated, and he did a wonderful job with them. He worked hard and fast! This is not the cheapest handyman service, but this is one of those times where you really get your money's worth. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Awesome; they are very professional and timely. Followed up to make sure my experience was good. Guaranteed their work as well. They were the only company that answered my call after hours and took care of my issues right away the next day. I would highly recommend. Prices may be a bit on the higher side, but worth it to me for the good and timely work. :-)

Frank was absolutely the best. There really isn't anything he CANT do. My husband always took care of these things for me but since he passed away it is really great knowing you have people like Frank out there who is so responsible and conscientious about their work. He also works very quickly and efficiently. I will recommend him to all my family and friends. By the way this is the second time I have obtained his services and I couldn't be more pleased....so thank you

I love this service. They are dependable, punctual, and really great advisers in addition to doing great work. I am just moving into a house with lots of little things that need to be repaired. We went though the list, set the priorities, agreed to the estimate, and he went right to work. When we got to the task of putting in a dog door, he was able to identify that there was a water pipe running through the space that we wanted to use. He saved time, money, and potential damage, by taking the time to think through the proper way to accomplish the task.

The handyman go lost because the office gave him the wrong address. When he got here he got to work adding the new piece of wood to the adjacent joist but in doing so he also cut important parts of the attic wood that compromised the attic safety not only that but he got started working on the ceiling crack when it was supposed to be done on 8/30 when the engineer inspections was supposed to witness the adding of the new screws. So I called the engineer and he came quickly to conduct his inspections and he found out that the handyman cut important part of the attic wood and need to be fix it before he would certified the work. The handyman was very rude to the engineer telling him that he was stupid and didn?t know anything and looked as if wanted to attack me. I called the office told them what had happen then the handyman agreed to buy a new wood and replace the wood that he was not supped to cut. I called the office told them that I didn?t want that handyman in my home so then send another handyman to repair the damage. After the repairs were done the engineers inspections it and certified it. I will never use Mr. handyman again nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Frank is exceptional. The project came in under budget, all areas were cleaned and the items all work beautifully.
