Mr. Handyman of West LA

this company responded to a post for a shower door enclosure, and ended up not only doing a FABLOUS and timely job on the shower door, they cleaned up a mess left behind by two other vendors, one being a service magic vendor who failed to return to hook up a hose on a dryer. mr. handyman did it all, and did it well! they get an A+ rating from us!!!!

They responded quickly, and were interested in doing the work i had described, where other companies were not. The technician/handyman was professional and friendly and worked very hard for both days he was working on my project. All in all Mr.Handyman salvaged a project which i had started but bungled, (needless to say i am not a handyman!!). A lot of things were fixed which i had been staring at for almost 2 years now, so it was worth it to me.

They were unprepared and did not have the right resources or materials for the job to the point where I had to supply some of the tools to use. THe handyman butchered my brand new kitchen cabinets, putting a hole right through the side of one of them. The final price was NOWHERE near the quote and they didnt even finish the job. This was the WORST company I have ever had work in my home and I am very upset.

Very Pleasant. They were honest and did what they could do and even followed up afterwards.

Arrived on time, discussed the projects with me, completed them with skill and expeditiously done. Super job.

They were very professional but very expensive. The work was pleasant and knowledgeable and careful and clean. It was easy to deal with this company but their rates are high. Very qualified and they do have the correct license. The work was definitely worth the money. Very good at solving problems.

Mr. Handyman dispatched Ed and he was excellent overall. He was professional, polite, hard working, and pleasant to interact with. I also like the fact that Ed was someone who reads so we could also chat about literature of sort. They were on time and very courteous and capable. Cleaned the gutters then found other odd jobs around the home to fix. Great! Although, a tad pricey. c zander

Can't remember the name of the handyman that showed up but he was very considerate and careful in his work, constantly trying to make sure that I was getting "the most for my money." He even went so far as to help me hang a whiteboard in my office while the glue was drying on the project that I actually hired him for. Couldn't ask for better service!

Fast efficient and very good!

I am a landlord, and the repair was done for an apartment I do not live in. Everything was great except that I was unable to be present for the repair, and the technician did the work, apparently billed my credit card, but never contacted me to confirm completion or a final amount. I would expect to at least know what I'm being billed before my credit card statement comes.
