+ -1 moreMarsia and Eugene Powers are simply the best. We initially chose them because they specialize in Encino Park, the area where we were selling, but they far exceeded our expectations. At every turn they were our advocates in both the buying and selling process, including helping us find fantastic movers to move us to our new home in Redondo Beach. They made a monumentally stressful and daunting experience (selling and buying within a fixed time period, and trying to coordinate the two transactions) as painless as possible for us. Their services were worth every penny. We highly recommend them for all your real estate needs, regardless of your area.
