It didn’t go.
Description of Work: I made an appointment for a specific day and time. I waited three hours past that time and called them to ask what had happened. They took my name and number and said I’d get a call back. No one ever called or came.

Description of Work: They removed a large pine tree. My initial call requesting an estimate was returned promptly. An appointment was set at my convenience. The work was scheduled for a few days later and was completed efficiently. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.

Description of Work: He didn't understand the fire regulations in my area and quoted clearing for $400 but when I asked him why they hadn't cleared 200 feet up the hill as the fire regulations requires, he said I hadn't told him it needed to be done. He told me it would be $250 to do so--I told him I'd pay him $200 and he had the rest of the hill cleared. I asked him to cut back some shrubs and was told they weren't fire hazards. I will not use J&J again.

Description of Work: Cut down and remove 3 trees. 2 other bids were more than $700. J+J quoted $350. Came out 2 days later, did the job in 2 hours, including wood chipper, and took tall of it away. Great price, fast work, professional.

Good job, kept cost to estimate.
Description of Work: The owner came within one day to estimate the tree trimming job and make recommendations. The crew came to do the work about two days after that. They trimmed all the trees as agreed and cleaned up very well.

IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE ONE CREW THAT DOES THE TRIMMING, AND THEY PILE IT UP, AND ANOTHER CREW COMES AND DOES THE CHIPPER. THEY GET IT DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL.
