Value was good but he bailed out on us after being impatient on the very last changes before inspection. Left us in a horrible situation and delayed project. Horrible communication skills. Very saddened.

The Ilya team (all the members, especially Saeed) was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. They put a lot of time and effort when i asked them if it was ok, and they kept optimizing the project beyond the requirements, i had a good experience and feeling working with them and highly recommended them to work with.

I hired them to do plans for a home renovation. The plans were completed in just a few days and the price was extremely reasonable. I later needed some changes made, and again, the updates were made very quickly. Their customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend Ilya Engineering.
