Lior totally remodeled our whole home, by redesigning it and make it as new based on our needs and wishes. Hi Tech Builders transformed our home, which had never been remodeled, into a traditional home automated house, while being careful to bring what we want and need. This resulted in home with a large open floorplan, state of the art kitchen and bathrooms and more... but also has the original baseboards, guest bathtub, and gorgeous hardwood flooring, and few other things. Our home turned out to be a stunning mix of new and existing items and while we moved to the home right after the remodeling was finished, we didnâ t need to change anything. Lior know exactly what is good or bad and he never left unfinished ends for us to clean up. We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders to anyone who want a great contractor with high integrity that is detailed, honest and communicative, Lior is the perfect person for that.

A friend referred David to us with excellent referral for our complete home renovation. David did deliver our remodeling product as we imagined, on time and as mainly within the budget. We didnâ t have many ideas for each part of the remodeling project, but we know in general what we want to get. David and his excellent and professional team of people did a wonderful remodeling job that was based on a clear understanding of our life style and use and he was able to offer many great suggestions for the renovation that actually working very well for us. David made sure to understand us in general and our ideas and talked them through with us if he thought they wonâ t work. During the work, we were always able to come to a decision, accepting some of his ideas and/or tweaking or rejecting other ones. He made us feel like part of a design team. David and the team of workers including several sub-contractors from Hi Tech Builders recently finished a remodeling project for us at our house. The out coming of the work is just gorgeous. I truly recommend using Hi Tech Builders, they are very skilled and hardworking people. The new kitchen is a wonderful addition to our home and it became one of the main spots at the house where we spend more and more family time. It was not easy for us to find the right contractor for us specially when we know and heard about bad stories where contractors never finished the project OR took money and left, but after seeing David high level of contracting expertise the choice of hiring them was easy. This was a complete demolition and rebuild of our kitchen and master Bathroom. The new design plan that ended up with the final construction was the longest part of the work but the cooperation between us and David was the main key for the success of the project which we love most. We shared with David all of our ideas and visions that were basically different from the existing spaces, floor plans and cabinet structure. After we select the new style and finishes, the remodeling work began. We know that we never would have pass this part if not for the excellent design and tremendous help from David and his people. David have a very professional eye for things that go perfectly together and for things that just can not be done! He saved us from so many mistakes and disasters. Our home came out gorgeous and we got so many compliments from friends and family.

Hi Tech Builders is for sure a wonderful company that can take any type of hard project and bring it to life! At first, I had my own doubts about the entire remodeling but because I got their information from a friend who just used them for their own remodeling project and based on my meeting with May, my doubt fade away and I decided to hire them and give them a shot. Now that my Kitchen remodeling project is complete, I feel so lucky to find them and allowing them to remodel my house. The remodeling started with the design and concept that May did for me after the first meeting that we had and it included most of the things that I had in mind before meeting with her. The design required some minor corrections. After we made the corrections, I felt very confident that my dream kitchen is soon to come true. After I signed the documents with May, She scheduled the starting date for the work and the remodeling went smoothly and without any problem or issue. It was basically a straight forward work that was managed by her and they did no less than a professional work! Once again, there were honestly no big problems or issues during the work and the kitchen was ready few days before the finishing date that was promised to me by May.

We were referred to Hi Tech Builders from one of our real estate agents who used them in the past many times and always was happy with the results and process of the construction. We used them after we also got in touch with two other very reliable companies who also gave us bids on our kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms remodeling project. We hired Hi Tech Builders because their price was very fair and we are very satisfied with the remodeling job and the honesty of them, we will use them again for sure.

We really loved the entire work that was done by the team at Hi Tech Builders and under the management of Lior. The remodeling work that was done at our house was to remodel the Laundry room, Dining area, kitchen, bathrooms and the patio. The work started with the design of the spaces. Right after that, we went hand by hand with Lior to select many of the finish materials. during the work, we were involved on a daily basis regarding all the progress of the remodeling and Lior heard all of our opinions and they even made some changes that we decided to do without any major changes in the price. The end of the remodeling is much better than we thought we will get and our review is a small proof for that.

Hi Tech Builder just finish our bathroom and hall yesterday. My husband and I want to thank all who worked very hard to make it just what we were looking for, it turned out so much better then we expected. Hi Tech Builders just finished remodeling my master bathroom including the replacement of the existing front door and entryway tile with new ones. The team of people that did the work made sure that it will be high quality work including the finish materials. The remodeling job was finished on time and without any major problems. My mother and stepfather wanted to remodel their kitchen for a while now and they asked me to help them in finding someone that can do the remodeling project for them! Because they didnâ t know much about it nor they could speak good English, the project was on hold and nothing was done. When they asked for my help, I start my search online, asked some of my friends and at the end, I got a hold of Hi-Tech Builders. I called them and scheduled an appointment at my parentsâ house. They sent Lior to the house and he set with us and asked many questions and looked at the space while given some great ideas about what can be done. During the meetings, Lior was very nice and patient while explaining everything to us. He then made all the 3D designs and it presented to my parents and I so we can make a decision about the project. We have remodeled several kitchens in the past and we are very specific about what we want and what we need. May took the time to ensure we are pleased each stage of the work. I had an incredible involvement working with Lior from Hi-Tech Builders. My house required some upgrading and structural updates before I could move in. Lior worked carefully with me to design and remodeling the spaces just the way I projected them. It was not a total remodeling project but I was treated as a special client and during the work, I felt that my remodeling project was very important to Lior and all the people who worked at the house. Lior and his crew are pleasant, sincere and adoring about what they do. All of my thoughts, needs, and worries were carefully attended to and they made it happen. He was able to get a decent price for all the finish hardware and materials. The total prices were realistic too. The permit process, the actual work, inspections, and completion were showed in a professional manner. The final work is gorgeous, fresh, detailed and it was finished fast. The kitchen remodeling project that we did recently leave us a great experience. The remodeling project was done by Hi Tech Builders. From the initial meeting that we had with May all the way to the last corrections and touch up that they did, we were in excellent hands. Hi Tech Builders have the most professional and skilled people from the design stage all the way to the office staff and working crews. The design stage was long and stress less because we wanted to include so many things and May was able to include most of them at the current project. The office staff took care of all the scheduling, deliveries etc ¦ and they did a perfect job on that. As part of the estimate, we got a draft detail of all the tasks and completion chart, so we knew more or less what will be next. We were referred to May by our neighbor who hired them before to remodel his kitchen. They were so happy with the work that was done at their house that they kept referring them to others. We are also proud to refer Hi-Tech Builders, Inc.to our friends, coworkers and relatives and other neighbors.

The response to my requests for minor changes was always "yes, no problem." They also emailed me everyday with the next days detailed schedule.

My great experience with Hi Tech Builders was ending in the prefect relationship. We started working with them a while back during a small remodeling project that went very good and this time we hired them for our investment house that we just bought. This recent remodeling project was to install new tile flooring around the whole house, completely remodeled the guest bathroom and the master bathroom. Because we were not living in the area, most of the details were basically discussed and decided over the phone and via emails when all the actual work was done without us present at the house. David and Kristina made this project stress less and super easy for us. They had our fully confidence and we knew that we are in excellent hands throughout the process. The sub-contractors that work for them did high quality work and we are very happy with the final results when we finally rented the house. Weâ ve hired Hi Tech Builders for few remodeling projects before for our previous houses and this time we hired him for our new our purchased house. The work included the remodeling of the laundry room, bathroom remodeling and the replacement of the current roof with new one. May and her crew worked very professionally, finished the work on time at a pretty good price and exactly how we wanted. We are extremely happy with the addition that we did and remodeling project of the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms that was done by Hi Tech Builders did for our home. We added a large master bedroom and a master bathroom that included shower and tub among all the other features that need to be in a master bathroom and converting our original master bedroom into two kidâ s bedrooms, In addition to that, we did a full kitchen remodel, and added a large deck in the back yard. Hi Tech Builders gave us an honest quote from start and he stayed behind that quote till the end of the remodeling, guided us throughout the entire process, and followed through with all of their obligations and responsibilities. Itâ s hard and almost impossible to find this degree of professionalism very often.
