We canâ t be more satisfied with our experience with Hi Tech Builders. We hire them to do a complicated large addition at our house. This was the first time for us that we did such a large remodeling job and May was an expert, easygoing and very creative during the whole remodeling project. May never pushed us, was available when we contacted her, patient and supportive as we select and purchased a lot of materials. Here are few reasons why we are very happy with our decision to hire them: - We lived at the house during the remodeling project and May kept the some portion of the house intact with no disturbance for any of the services (water, laundry, etc.) - She was easy to be reached, talk to and work with. - The completed remodeling project is stunning, better than the way we imagined. - We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders to others â May is very skilled and knows his stuff. We look forward to working with May again the next time we have a project and we will not hire no one else

David converted the loft at our house into a full bedroom with a full bathroom at our house including the replacement of our patio door and few other remodeling projects. His team of people delivered top notch workmanship. Everyone worked each day and David did a great supervision work handling all the people at the house. The main and most important thing was to match the exterior wall texture and paint and David was able to do that perfectly. The office staff was able to handle all the permits and all the invoicing including the deliveries of all the materials. David also managed all the HOA approval procedures and he made this remodeling project as easy as possible for us.

Hiring Hi-Tech Builders Inc was the worst mistake of our lives. Our more recent experience reveals that they have a history of responding to these reviews with comments such as **We have no record of ever doing business with this customer** , however, you can trust that I have a stack of invoices and cancelled checks to prove that Hi-Tech Builders Inc, on Balboa Blvd, in Encino, CA was indeed the contractor that was mistakenly hired to re-model our home. David Lachyani, the owner, and his field **supervisor** Moses, treated us like second class citizens. They actually yelled at us and called us liars repetitively. Both of them lied to us throughout the entire project, and claimed not to have said many things that both of us clearly heard them say. Finally, I started recording our conversations with them. The project was quoted at 2 months originally, the contract allowed them a max of 3 months, but in reality, it took them 7-8 months and still never finished the project, but enough was done that we could kick them out of our home, never wanting to see them again. What a nightmare! Hi-Tech provided nearly no supervision of their work crews. They told us that we did not need to talk to their crews, and should not, however, with no supervision from Hi-Tech, we were all that their crews had to guide their work. Their crews often showed up in the morning, asking us what they should do that day. Their crews did a horrible job on practically everything. Their **Custom Kitchen Cabinet Maker** was an absolute joke. They never finished the kitchen cabinets. We just got tired of hounding them every day with lists and yellow stickers. Doors and drawers still do not fit properly, they do not line up properly, many of the door and drawer closers still do not work properly, door bumpers are sliding all over the kitchen, etc. What was built did not match the design that was presented to us for approval. The tile shower was not properly constructed. Its poorly sloped. Water leaks onto the floor outside of the shower door. Tile cuts are jagged. Shower head and valve are not in alignment with each other. I could go on and on. Their painters were the worst ever. I had to put hundreds of yellow stickers on the walls, kitchen cabinets, etc., in order to bring their attention to the most obvious of the flaws in their painting skills. Instead of removing hardware and painting under it, as I requested, they painted around hardware, making a mess of things. They refused to properly cover the new floor, as we requested and as they agreed to do, however, it was a fight to the death just to get them to lay down inadequate paper runners, and then still only occasionally. As a result, they did indeed scratch the floor, then argued about replacing it, but finally relented and did so. I could go on, but I think you get the jest. David will probably respond to this review, but I guarantee that this is 100% truthful and factual. You can decide for yourself whether to choose to believe him or not.

Weâ ve used Hi Tech Builders to gut our old kitchen and to build a guestroom over our garage. We are very happy with during the whole remodeling project. The new kitchen was completed very fast (relatively speaking), with no problem of any kind and it was remodeled exactly as we vision it and with no hidden charges. The guestroom took a little longer, but mainly because the city inspectors delays. Due to our satisfaction with them, we already passed their number to several people and friends.

Hi Tech Builders, a truly team of skilled professionalsâ people, recently finished our kitchen remodeling. The involved people at the team were thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Lior, our project manager, optimistically and professionally managed each and every task of the work. We are very pleased with his originality and the worth of their work including the entire team which started with the company designer. Ignoring of how long the work took each day, Lior and his team worked until we were totally pleased. We look forward to starting our next remodeling project with them (which will be our master bathroom remodeling). Hi Tech Builders earned our highest recommendation!

I love my bathroom. They did a great job on, but it did take longer than I had wanted.

We recently hired Hi Tech Builders for a few projects at the house. The remodeling project was including: - Adding a balcony Door and window from the bedroom to the patio/backyard, - Full complete bathroom remodeling. - New fireplace and mantel installation. - Re-tiling the entryway and the kitchen with dining area. David and the workers definitely won our business after meeting us at the house and worked around our budget and they delivered exactly the results that we were hoping to get from them. David was very professional and knowledgably throughout the whole time of the remodeling and any issue that we had with anything; David was able correct it. He was also extremely helpful by explaining us how things would look after we had trouble visualizing few things, like the pattern of the tile. What really put them over the top in our book was that 3 weeks afterâ ¦ the remodeling was done. David called up to follow up (after the work was completed) and ask if everything was still to our satisfaction. I have noticed a few small gaps in the grout on the flashing around the shower but it never really bothered me too much. But since he called, I mentioned this to him, and he sent one of his guys over to take care of it. David's worker also installed a new water regulator in the shower after the water pressure was too high after using it for a month. We are pleased with everything and would recommend to friends and would use them on future projects. I have attached before and after photos of the fireplace and bathroom jobs, the work speaks for itself.

We hired Hi-Tech Builders to completely remodeling our kitchen. We spent many hours planning the design and maximizing the space of the new kitchen so it will fit our needs ahead so that the actual remodeling part will go easily. Lior was very easygoing and open minded from the design stage and he helped us solve several problems that we had. We are very satisfied with the completed kitchen. The construction crews were polite and prompt on top of being very detail oriented. Our new kitchen is fantastic! Hi-Tech Builders did a great job!

Hi Tech Builders was really a professional and great company to hire and work with. It was very easy experience for us! The skills, care, time, way of working, ability to solve problems as they raise and the overall attention to all the details during the remodeling project was appreciated! The final results of our kitchen and bathroom remodeling project was much more than we thought we can get and have! We have hired and used Hi Tech Builders for multiple remodeling projects at our house that included: the driveway, complete kitchen remodeling and the repair of the foundation. We are very happy and pleased with all the work that they did in the remodeling projects. David has followed our requirements and needs very elegantly. In reality, we imported all the countertops from overseas and he was great about it, even that the delay with the shipment caused the work to be held a little. The value of the remodeling work is excellent and surpassed our expectations. The overall prices were very reasonable, while David have his pride behind his projects. We highly recommend David and Hi Tech Builders!!!!!

As part of our research for a contractor, we got a reference from a friend that Hi Tech Builders is a great construction company that deliver a great work and that we will be will happy with them. From the early meetings that we had with May to go over our requirements and financial plan, to the completed work, there was never a time when we felt that we did any kind of mistake by hiring him. We our remodeling project included several parts on our home, we knew we wanted to have someone who we would be comfortable with, honest, quality person and who knew her skills. May was our guy! Hi Tech Builders installed new windows throughout the house and completely remodeled the master bathroom. He walked us through the inspections, helped us with truthful advices, was detailed in her work and highlighted places to buy products to stay within the budget. We truly can not write bad things about anyone from the crew and sub-contractors. They were on time, very nice guys and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. We can say they enjoyed what they did and took pride in their work. May was very professional, quick to respond and stopped by nearly daily to check the progress of the work. Issues and concerns were handled immediately which was a big relief. A huge thank you to May and all the guys. We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders!

This is absolutely the best experience we have ever had with any of the construction companies we used in the past. We were hoping to find an honest, professional and great contractor for a while now mainly after we have heard so many bad stories of contractors that never finished the work and left with the money. After a while of searching, we met with Lior from Hi Tech Builders, talking about what we want to do and thinking to achieve. His professional presentation and experience made us feel very comfortable. Lior designed and executed our new back yard (all the hardscape), new kitchen, new bathroom and living room. The remodeling process went very smoothly and with no issues. The communications during the work between us and all the workers was remarkable too. We are very pleased with everything they did for us, and we are positive that we will hire them again.

We hired Hi Tech Builders 5 months ago to do a complete remodeling to our new purchase house that was in a very bad shape but with big potential. At the end of the remodeling, we got the stunning results that we hoped to get. The accomplishment of our complete remodeling project, exceeded our hopes, visions and dreams. We moved to our house last week and the house is completely different and brand new! All of our guests and friends are in shock with the makeover of our house. We couldnâ t be more pleased, happier or amazed with how our remodeling project came out.

We found Lior through several web sites and we thought he can be a perfect match for our home remodeling project. We hired him to remodel our master bathroom, master bedroom and kitchen after a while that we thought on how to do it, what to do and collect ideas. Lior set with us and heard everything we want and on our second meeting, he brought additional ideas that improved our thoughts and made the remodeling much better. The work also included the removal of 2 columns at the kitchen area; redesign and rebuilt the whole kitchen with all the new countertops and backslashes. In the master bedroom and bathroom Lior demolished it to the grounds and rebuilt it based on what we wanted and needed. During the remodeling work, we were not at the house and we counted completely on the communication skills of Lior and frankly enoughâ ¦ his communication skills were perfect for us with a lot of daily calls and texts that often came with current pictures of the whole remodeling progress. We highly recommend Lior.

We have worked with a several contractors during the years when we moved to new house. Hi Tech Builders is simply the best of all of them and we are lucky to have this company remodel our recent new house. Our major remodeling project included several difficulties due to irregularities in the original structure of the house. Lior offered suggestions and recommendations to get all the problems address the right way making sure that the problem will be solved and would not come back in the long run. I appreciate a lot their motto of work that always ended in: If we do it, we do it on the best side! No short cuts. More than that, each one from the crew of workers at Hi Tech Builders was a great person to deal with. I donâ t normally write reviews, but Hi Tech Builders was so good that I felt that I had to write something in order to express my gratitude. Hi Tech Builders is the best contractors I have worked with and Iâ m going to mention them to everyone that needs any type of landscaping or hardscaping work at their house. Lior and the people that worked at my house were very professional, easy-going, and supportive through the whole work. Their customer service was astonishing from Lior all the way through everyone that worked at our house. They were all polite and helpful. Lior made sure to stay within the budget that we set before starting the project even when we had to do some changes to the original design during the work. Every step of the way Lior clarified everything they were doing and solved every problem, big or little that came up during the work. Lior and his workers made our yard look much better by creating a 24â squares of grass and stone. On top of it, he designed and implemented a nice seating area that we can use at nights and when we have guests or family. During the work, Lior and his workers cleaned up everything and even painted the surrounded fences and also some touchups on the stucco, leaving the house better than it was when they started. I must say that even if I was able to get a cheaper estimate for that work, I would rather hire Lior and to pay the extra money because now I know that itâ s completely worth it. Lior, if you read this, thank you so much and please thank the site supervisor too, he was unbelievable. Iâ m so glad we decided to use these honest, hardworking, professionals.

Hi Tech Builders designed, built and implemented the room addition at my house and on top of that, they also remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. David and the office stuff were very easy and professional to generate the plans and they also handled and issued all the relevant permits that were needed for this remodeling project. Their work is top notch quality and it was finished on time and within the agreed budget (with no hidden charges at all). The finished remodeling project looks gorgeous and very functional to my needs! I love the new addition and kitchen.

Hi Tech Builders was truly pleasure to work with. May and her team worked very quickly and professionally. May quoted me for a new kitchen remodeling project that at first should be completed within 3 months of daily work but essentially it was completed it within 2 months. The new kitchen looked gorgeous and they paid attention to each and every detail so it will look no less than perfect. More than that, they kept everything in the house clean and organized. She also made sure to cover and seal off the entire remodeling space so no dust will get all over the house. In the past, I have worked with few other contractors that were just OK and did a good job but Hi-Tech Builders was very skilled and trustworthy company. Great experience by working with them, we highly recommend them!

Honestly! We had a truly pleasure for hiring Hi-Tech Builders and having David remodel our kitchen and the entry of our house. David and his team, did a wonderful remodeling job that started with a draft design and ended with a complete remodeling. We now have a new kitchen that have lots of storage space and new layout! At the entry of the house, he replaced the existing door with a larger one and he removed a wall that expand that space while merging it beautifully into the living room area. The overall price was a bit above my budget because we did some modifications to the design after we started the remodeling and we completely agreed to it and the end results are truly worth it. We highly recommended Hi-Tech Builders and the working people that did our remodeling.

Our project started as complete remodel for two bathrooms and partial remodel for the kitchen. We took four bids but I knew we were going with Hi-Tech almost immediately. They weren't the cheapest - but the Project Manager, May Perez, won me over immediately with her knowledge, eye for design, professionalism and energy. We're a month in right now and our initial plans have expanded to include a full remodel to the kitchen now, the garage, and other types of work done in every other room of the house. I can't imagine the process being any easier. The communication between May and my wife and I is constant. She answers ever question and addresses any issues I bring up. The workers are punctual and skilled. And, best of all, everything is staying on schedule. I give May Perez and Hi-Tech Builders my highest recommendation.

I found Hi Tech Builders online and during our meeting with David, we asked for an initial valuation or quote with them about our remodeling project. Our request was for our outdoor project that we wanted to do for a while now. We wanted to replace all the hardscape in the front and the back yard on top of few additional items such as a barbeque area with a small kitchen we can use when our guests can dine out with a fire pit. David was extremely cooperative & very honest. He helped us make right decisions and he always guided us to the best direction when we went a little off the plans. We had a great experience with all of them (including the office staff and the working team). The back yard came out gorgeous although it was finished few days after the date we expected it to be but we are perfectly ok with that. It was fully worth it. Great company to hire.

David and Kristina at Hi-Tech Builders just completed a room addition and the remodeling of other parts at our house. David and Kristina designed, planned and *made it happen* a lot more than we could have dreamed of! After the remodeling was completed, we converted our house to from a small dining area, kitchen and family room into a pretty big size kitchen and family space. In addition to that, they also replaced the existing floor that we have with a new hardwood floor thru the entire house, updated all the in-wall shelfs and cabinets and they installed new HVAC and tankless system. The work that was done by them (and without any external contractors) is by far the highest quality of work we thought we can get! David was always on top of schedules and he was positive and easygoing with all major decisions that we had to take during the design state and even during the actual remodeling. Hi Tech Builders were very pleasure people to work with! THANK YOU, David, Kristina and all the involved people. Hi-Tech Builders -- you guys are the best!

David was hired recently by us to do a major remodeling project for us which involved the replacement of the old flooring, room addition (which we used as additional bedroom for our kids), new and modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We met and interviewed 5 contractors (after we had our blue prints of the new design) and when we met and talked to David, we knew immediately that he is the best fit for our remodeling. David was always reachable by phone, text messages or phone and he always was able to provide us with clear answers, solutions or even improvements to some of our items or colors for the paint. David was very skilled and extremely creative in resolving problems that came up during the actual work and that we didnâ t expected them. For example, we always wanted to improve our design and David was able to make it even better by providing better ideas to what we wanted. Many of his ideas, for sure saved us some good amount of money and we are very thankful to him. His crew were very skilled, knowledgeable and experienced people who have been with David for a very long time. Over all we give all the people that were involved at our house a huge A++ for getting us thru one big remodeling project with lots of good humor and professionalism. We truly love and in love with our new house.

We needed to have an addition for our house that will have a large closet, walk-in shower and extra storage in our master bedroom. David at Hi Tech Builders was able to deliver what we wanted and asked for. David and his team were very professional and flexible while giving us many great ideas and suggestions in order to make sure that we will get more than what we want and mainly within our budget. The daily working teams were very nice people who really gave more than they should to this project, and they were very nice to all of us while they were working during the duration of the remodeling project. Due to some weather issues, the remodeling project was delayed, but we did not have a dead line that we wanted it to be finished and Hi Tech Builders extended their work in order to fix the walls in the master bedroom. We are very happy with the new master bedroom looks now. It came out very beautiful and functional to use but also with extra storage space that we wanted and lighting features. We would hire Hi Tech Builders again for any type of future projects.
