Description of Work: I have 2 water heaters plumbed in series. Heater #2 is used all of the time and heater #1 is only used when we are filling a jucuzzi tub except to suppy #2 with warm water instead of cold water. Heater #2 started leaking today which is a Sunday and all of a sudden we did not have hot water because I needed to turn off the valve. Izzy disconnected #2 from the house hot water supply line and installed new copper flex to connect #1 to the house hot water line instead of to #2.

Description of Work: Provided a camera inspection of the sewer line, along with a video recording of it. Located the sewer line and the precise area where I was having an issue. Also snaked out the the line for me.

Description of Work: I had a leaky drain pipe in a bathtub, dripping coming from hot and cold knob in bathtub, Master bathroom shower water temperature would not get hot enough.

Description of Work: This was the first time I used this service. The garbage disposal began leaking for no apparent reason over the weekend. I called another tradesman on Monday who was a drywaller for a recommendation (Jeff Garfield) and he gave me Izzy's name. I called and explained the problem and we set a time for the following day. Izzy showed up with all the parts and even though the fittings had changed, had no problem plumbing the disposal in.

Description of Work: Some floor bolts had come loose from the toilet. Although it wasn't leaking, Izzy inspected the wax seal, found that it was in good shape but suggested double fitting it and did not charge for parts.
