We contracted Fidelity General Contractors for our complete kitchen renovation and have been extremely pleased with the quality of service and workmanship. Our designer and main point of contact was always prompt to respond to our inquiries, patient in reviewing our design requirements, and very friendly. Despite being an extremely busy company, the work was completed on-time with high quality products and installation. We are very happy with our new kitchen, we cannot wait for continue requesting for their services to help us achieve our house of our dreams.

This staff were outstanding from start to finish. They assisted with all the planning and design work of our home renovation and completely understanded our needs, their patience were incredible.The final results of our renovation are more than we could have asked for. After a previous contractor left without finishing the work at our house, Fidelity General Contractors got the job done in just a few days. We needed installation of a vent and range hood, tiles glued up and grouted for a backsplash, lighting installed in the foyer, and miscellaneous finishing bits. They were as skilled and careful with drilling the vent hole through the side of our house as they were with the tiles and numerous very fine details. The kitchen looks fantastic and is functioning perfectly now! We re completely satisfied with their work. Highly recommend this company.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. The staff were courteous to my wife and I and treated our home with respect. The job included building a new washroom and shower on the main floor, total renovation of the kitchen, building a closet in the hall and laying hardwood floors in the hall, kitchen and dining room. They were very professional and clean, they were answering our doubts and concerns during the whole project, and they finished on time as they stated from the beginning. My wife and I couldnbt be happier with our new renos, special thanks to the team of Fidelity General Contractors, we wil definitely continue requesting your services for our next home projects.

tal team is an amazing remodeling company, we called them to remodel our bathroom in our house in Los Angeles. Everything was exactly the way Shawn promised. Every morning the workers arrived on time. They did a great job and left the place clean every time. Very detailed, very professional and they paid attention to the small details I was concerned about. We enjoyed working with tal very much and we would highly recommend them to everyone!

I had to get a co-signer because of my age. (???). Otherwise, a good experience.

I had had a water loss in a guest bathroom and my insurance required a licensed contractor to do the repairs. I choose Fidelity because they were the most reasonably priced of the three contractors that contacted me through Home Advisor (about 10% less than others). This cost savings does mean you have to do a bit more of the legwork for things like design and picking out and purchasing materials. They did offer to collect the purchased materials from the vendor. The project coordinator did schedule work quickly and did his best to accommodate my schedule and changes to plan. He would also check in with me to make sure the work was going well. There were a few instances where work did need to be redone. This was organized quickly, and the work did turn out well in the end. However, it did require a fair amount of oversight on my part to ask for corrections along the way. Everyone in my house works full time so these corrections were difficult to correct early and communicate via phone or text (it is hard to talk tile direction or detail work in this way). The pace of the work was convenient, but it came with the tradeoff of time being spent on the work and not as much on keeping the space as clean as I would have preferred it to be. If you have a straightforward job that needs doing quickly and on budget, Fidelity will serve you well. One thing to note that, my coordinator was very up front about, is that they will not interface with insurance companies.

I am totally satisfied and blown away by the beautiful job they did on my upstairs bathroom as well as the powder room downstairs. They did a really great job and cleaned up everything after the job was done.

Our experience with Fidelity General Contractors was excellent from start to finish. They are wonderful. We were able to make a next day appointment, they showed up on time and were courteous throughout the entire meeting. Their pricing is very fair. They are absolutely a company we would recommend for any remodel you might need in your house.

Fidelity General Contractors is a fantastic company and gave us exactly what we wanted. They did a walk in shower for us that was very custom and they were able to do everything we envisioned and asked of them. They were very informed and knowledgeable about every aspect of the bathroom remodeling process and the craftsmanship was oustanding. Very glad we chose Fidelity to do our shower as it turned out even better than we could have imagined.

We had a great experience with Fidelity General Contractors. They did find quality work with good materials. They showed up on time performed all of the things with excellent care and quality. I can't say enough good things about the way Fidelity's team handled our project. They were great about explaining what work needed to be done and how the job would progress. There were no surprise extra costs and the start and finish of the work were as we were told. They have in-house workers who must be very loyal to them because they worked as hard as possible in some of the worse weather we have had in years and were always VERY cheerful and had a friendly greeting for us whenever we saw them. They were always willing to stop and answer any questions we had. Great guys. All that said, the bathroom turned out even better than we expected.

We are beyond thrilled with the work Fidelity General Contractors did on our recent kitchen remodel! From what was once clammy, dark and outdated has now been transformed into an open, bright and beautiful space. Remodels can be frustratingly long but we were very pleased with the attention to detail they paid every step of the way and how they didn't rush to compromise quality. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out and would definitely work with Fidelity General Contractors again

Best contractor I have ever used. I have owned a house for 40 years. Fidelity general contractor was the best contractor I have ever used. They were fast, professional, competent and fairly priced. They installed hardwood floor in 4 bedrooms plus a small office and hallway. they also painted the entire house. Workmanship was flawless. These guys worked 12 hour days. I recommend them with the highest rating possible.

I can't tell you how many remodeling people we had give us quotes. Way too many to even keep track of! We have a 20 year old house that needed a little updating! We decided to start with the kitchen. The BIGGEST stand out with Fidelity was the communication. They made the process very simple. Instead of us going to all the showrooms to pick the granite or quartz they brought it to us. They listened to what we wanted. I never felt like they were doing all the talking or making my decisions for me. They showed up on time. The crew was always professional and kind. If something happened to come up and they were going to be late. I knew the evening before so I could plan for it. The job was done when they told me it was going to be finished!! That's a BIGGIE PEOPLE!! We will definitely use them again! They made the whole process so very easy!

The best recommendation I can give is that they just completed my master bath and I immediately hired them for my guest bathroom! The master bath included a complete demo, with heated floors, a glass shower, and all new fixtures. The entire team is fabulous, went out of their way to accommodate every request and finished within time and on budget. The work crew is outstanding, and a primary reason we are so satisfied. Luis who did all the tile work is a true artist and all around lovely person. They even did some work on the weekends, and left the space immaculate at the end of each day. They have a full time office staff, and responsive to anything we needed. They got all permits, and made sure every single detail was complete before sending the final bill. All around a wonderful experience, which can be pretty rare for contractors!

From start to finish it was a great experience! FGC provided an initial estimate on my Bathroom remodel project and worked with me throughout the process. the workers crew were respectful and easy to work with. I'm thrilled with the results! I would definitely recommend working with Fidelity General Contractors!

These are not the guys you want to use. I met with Sam first after interviewing two other general contractors. He seemed to be professional and was prepared with a sample of the contract. The other two contractors sent out attractive women that were very friendly. They to seemed knowledgeable. I decided to work with Sam and Fidelity because he seemed prepared. I gave him the first deposit. He had a different general contractor demo the site. When it came to to putting the place back together he said he would have the licensed electrician install the electrical. It was the same one guy who has his own contracting business. Sam later said he would have the lic Plumber rough in the plumbing. It turned out to the be same one guy who has his own contractor. The day they started he asked for another payment for the demo work and I paid. I know had over $5,000 paid of a $13,000 bathroom repair. When it came to getting the building code inspection Sam and Ben wanted a payment before the inspection. They called while we were at the job site demanding payment. I actually had to work on the bathroom to straighten up the installation of the electrical. The installation was sloppy and in the wrong location. The crew damaged a new door with their router that needed to be repaired which I did. The insulation of the tract was not right either. I cleaned that up as well. I was ok with working along side the crew as I did not want to fix the poor work after it being completed. They did not arranged for the building inspector which is one of the things that was in the contract before their next progress payment. Ben, who is Sam's brother was pushing for the next payment and made several threats. Said he would put a lien on the property. The inspection was not requested so the following day I arranged for the inspection. It passed two days after the project was ready for inspection. They tried to up sale some dry rot repair that was needed for the building inspector. When the HOA had their contractor fix the dry rot for less than $300 things got weird with Sam. He quoted $2500 for the same work. I have been calling for the past three days many times each day. They are not answering my many calls. I did reach someone at the office and the women verified that both Sam and Ben are still alive and well. I had a concern before that maybe they were in a car accident. My suggesting is if someone from Fidelity General Contractors from Encino calls to come out and bid a job you take a PASS. Life is to short to have this lack of follow through They left the bathroom in a place where it can not be used for the tenant and it is only a 1 bathroom condo.

After interviewing 4 contractors and receiving quotes, I decided to go with Fidelity. Karen presented the best design elements and offered to help me shop and coordinate all design elements. For this reason, I felt confident I would have the kitchen of my dreams. In providing this review, Karen designed a kitchen for me that is simply amazing. It's visually appealing, functional, and is the heart of my home. She has an eye for detail and will work with you to get it right. I sit in awe with the transformation she pulled off. If you are like me, and don't really know how to make design elements work together, having someone like Karen on your team is awesome! Karen's interior design mind is a gift to the contracting world.

Sam did a great job coordinating all the work. No wasted time, crew was here every day. Good crew. Quality job done on time.
