my bathroom remodel is substandard. I've had them redo and fix problems and I still have problems. Drywall isn't smooth. Tile work isn't good. I had it done over and over. Still isn't right. Pocket door doesn't work and strips the paint. Paint work is less than acceptable. It took 3 months for my bathroom. Many days without people working. Karin is the only thing that is respectable and talented with this company!

I hired Ben to turn my bathroom into handicap access bathroom since my mother is moving in with me. The job was preformed professionally, fast and clean. I will recommend Fidelity Contractors to my friends and family, and sure to hire them for future projects.

Ben was very attentive to all my needs, the crew showed up always on time. I was planning to get at least 3 bids for my kitchen, but after our meeting which was the first bidder I already knew I found my contractor. Price was a bit over what I expected but overall I got a very good value, I'm planning to do my bathroom in a couple of months and I will surly use Ben for that job as well.

After a long struggle to find a decent contractor I was given a referral by a friend who had worked with them and I couldn't be happier with the result. My balcony was infested with termites and suffered a lot of damage. Now it looks great! They were efficient, straight forward, and were able to do the job in a timely fashion. Thanks Fidelity!

It was a nightmare. The tile man was horrible. Accused us of taking his tools.Never on time, Came when they felt like it. Left to get supplies and come back 2 hours later. We felt like we paid them to abuse us. What was promised was not given. Still have a shower half finished.Not worth the money we paid!
