By the time we met, I had paid two different landscape architects for plans to redo our pool and yard. Neither was exactly what I wanted. Jeff contracted to do the whole scope of the landscape/pool renovation (something none of the other pool companies would do) from start to finish. He gave us the rundown on pebbletec vs plaster vs other pebble products, chlorine vs salt water, etc. He was fair, honest and went above and beyond the call of duty. When I didn't like the look of the coping (even though I chose it) he redid it without question. His workers were on time and worked diligently. He gave advice, but didn't insist. When I wasn't crazy about his tile suggestions, he was fine with my going outside the box and buying tile on my own.....which he would not get a mark up on. I had bids from smooth talking contractors that I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them. One guy suggested that I take out a second mortgage when his bid was three times higher than the others. Many of them clearly needed the work, but you did not get the sense that they would stand behind their finished product. Jeff has that engineer vibe about him. Honest and hard working...something that is hard to find today. He has been in the business for decades and has a well deserved reputation for integrity. He did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend him.

It was terrific. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very reasonably priced too. I could tell that one of the bosses that came out to the site had been doing this for a long time. He really had a lot of knowledge even about our specific type of pool.

I called to get a quote on having my Jacuzzi, heater and decking repaired. I spoke with a gentleman who said they could have someone at my house on 10/6/09 at 4:30. I waited until almost 5:30, then called. The gentleman who answered apologized, but said he needed to "call his guys" to find out what happened. He called back about 15 minutes later, apologized again, said he couldn't reach "his guys" and asked if they could reschedule.

Overall, they did a great job, kept it clean and professional, and the grinder noise was also not as loud as they described it. On top of everything else, Philberto and Pedro were really nice guys, showed up on the days they were scheduled to, answered all of our questions, and did exceptional work.

Their prices were very fair. They have been very nice to work with, fair and honest.
