Description of Work: Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was an icky job (cleaning out my attic crawl space of chewed-on air ducts and dead rats), but they did it carefully & cheerfully.

energy audit
 + -1 moreThey really didn't give me an energy audit. They came, audited my air ducting system and looked at my insulation. They didn't do a thermal scan or anything like that on the house. I didn't think it went very well. I wasn't too happy with it. They were okay. They gave me more of the insulation which I already knew I needed to replace. They looked at my ducting system. They looked at my heater and that was about it. I was expecting that they'll do a thermal scan in the house but they didn't do that work. I don't plan on using them. I think they should be informative about what they're going to do.
Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Eco Green.

Description of Work: I bought a deal from Angies List to have my ducts cleaned. I was 8 mos pregnant and wanted them cleaned before the baby was due. They came an hour later than agreed start time and then looked into one duct and said it was clean and didn't need any work. I realized he just didn't want to do the work. I didn't exactly believe they were clean but was very pregnant and willing to cross off list. Now my baby is 6mos old and I put the heater on at night so she stays warm. But then she started sneezing a lot and had a lot of sinus issues. With no temperature it became clear it was the vents. I have since called another company that confirmed that the ducts were quite dusty. So no I will never use them again and it's disappointing when companies don't follow thru and provide good customer service.

air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreAs I said he came in introduced himself went out to check the air conditioner, checked the attic said I might want to put in new insulation which I already knew the attic needed. Then said everything looked good. There was no conversation as to how old the unit is or suggestions as to what I might do to keep it working or working better. The person had no customer courtesy; and I had let them postpone my appointment with their company because of staff problems they said they were having so I let them put it off 2 or 3 weeks.
Description of Work: Introduced himself shook hands and went out and looked at the air conditioner.
