Description of Work: Danny came out as scheduled on time. He made a quick estimate of remodeling my aging deck. After I gt several estimates I liked Danny's no pressure approach to keep costs down without a lot of added expenses the other estimates tagged on. He and I went over the estimate and contract all done over the Internet and signed scheduled and completed in less than 3 days. His carpenters were very nice and quite respectful of not making too much noise since I worked in my home near the deck. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. The deck has never looked this good and I am thrilled with price, quality and professionalism.

Description of Work: I contacted Danny Deck Construction to arrange for someone to come out to my home and provide an estimate for a Pergola remodel. The date and time was set and I received a call that same day informing me that Danny had to respond to an inspection at another job and asked if the appointment could be rescheduled. We then arranged for Friday, April 19 at 10 a.m. No one showed up at that time so I called the business number to inquire and no one answered. I left a message stating that I had another appointment and needed to make sure someone was still coming out. I never received a call back and left another message stating that I had to leave (2 1/2 hours after scheduled time). I have yet to receive any follow-up call and it is now Monday, April 22.
