The whole staff is friendly and eager to please. The workers finished ahead of schedule and the only lapse of work was when we were waiting on product. When my deck was completed, I was 99% satisfied. I explained to Danny what my 1% concern was and he did what I asked at no extra cost. By far the smoothest project I've experienced.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Danny Deck. The entire process went very smoothly, and once construction started, only took 5 days. Any small problems that arose were taken care of quickly and easily. While Danny is a bit on the expensive side (in my opinion) I think it was worth it in the end -- I have gotten a ton of compliments on my new deck from friends and neighbors as well as from other contractors and architects -- his work is that good. Previously, I had two small porches leading from my kitchen and from my master bedroom. Based on our conversations and my rough sketches, Danny was able to design a beautiful custom redwood deck -- with a built-in bench and wide, flared staircase -- that effectively tied these two areas into one cohesive outdoor room. Danny was able to take an ugly, under used area in the rear of my house and completely transform it -- it is now our favorite "room" of the house!

Although the job was a restoration/repair job -- and not a major rebuild -- Danny treated me as a highly valued customer. He came to my house personally, give me a detailed estimate (which was EXACTLY what he charged me) and scheduled the work promptly. His crew arrived on time and on-schedule. They completed the job in the time Danny estimated. When I put my house on the market two weeks later, the first buyers to see the house were especially taken with the deck and immediately made an offer. While we were in escrow, the buyers requested a few additional repairs to the substructure of the deck. I called Danny, knowing he was very busy with other, more high-paying jobs. He came with a crew at the end of the next work day and knocked out the additional repairs in one hour. The charge was minimal. Danny is honest and hard-working. He understands the value of repeat business and personal referrals. I recommend Danny Deck highly and without reservation.

We selected Danny Deck for our custom patio cover casue he was highly-rated and willing to take on the custom project. Our project involved the installation of three 18-foot Sunsetter retractable shades on a 50-ft. long patio construction. The work was done in a timely fashion and on schedule, in spite of our custom requirement,s and came in within budget. We were especially happy with Eswin who did all the woodworking on the patio project. The sanding, finishing, and painting were also top-notch. All the workmen were pleasant and courteous to work with. We are very happy to recommend him to others.

They were professional. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were informative. They were expensive. I wouldn’t use them in the future as I won’t pay that kind of money.

I read positive reviews on Angie’s List but I haven’t had it done yet because I thought the price was high. They were very responsive and I would definitely get another bid from them.

After checking out other deck builders, (some who never returned the call) Hannah from his office called to schedule an onsite estimate within one day of receiving my inquiry. Danny was knowledgable, professional and discussed varying options with me. His bid came in soon thereafter. It was within the price range we had discussed, and fully outlined the job - all the way through removing and dumping all construction debris, legally". Danny and his crew arrived as scheduled, on time with a clear time table, that I could understand. Every crew member was professional, gracious and were true craftsmen. The crews worked efficiently and were pleasant. Every day, the site was cleaned, swept and materials were stored to be out of the way. The job took exactly the length of time as planned. The work is perfect and the deck is beautiful. If you are looking for the highest quality work, then know you get what you pay for and more. I would highly recommend Danny Decks.

Danny and his team are, in a word, awesome. We wanted a redwood deck to connect the french doors from our bedroom to the back door coming off the service porch. We had a few ideas/design elements we wanted included, and Danny was great in making suggestions as well. It ended up being a bit more expensive than we had anticipated, but we knew right away from talking to Danny that we wanted him to do the project. From the very first day, his team came in on time, got right to work, and were very careful and respectful of our yard. They cleaned up their tools every day and worked hard and fast. They took great care to make everything right - you could tell from watching that these guys are experts at what they do. Our new deck is absolutely perfect, more beautiful than we had hoped. Although other jobs occasionally took his crew away from the completion of our job, they did complete the assignments relatively promptly. They worked hard and did clean up each day.

My siblings and I selected Danny to perform these repairs to our mother's home, after interviewing and obtaining bids from several contractors. We were impressed from the outset. He showed us his work portfolio, references, and provided a detailed estimate. The project was completed on schedule and we were very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Danny was very professional, courteous, patient, and accomodating to our requests. I highly recommend him!

Danny was extremely prepared from our first conference, showing me photo albums of his impressive projects and bringing wood samples. I originally wanted to do a deck, with no overhang. I subsequently decided to incorporate a new pergola onto the deck. I designed the deck, using a computer program, and asked that he replicate the print-out. The finished project came out great, keeping with my design but exceeding it. Danny made a brilliant suggestion involving the pedestals for the benches. I followed his suggestion and was very glad I did. The benches appear to float above the deck, which is a terrific look. The total job came in at a reasonable $1,000 above the contract price due to additional work and change orders There were three change-orders during the project, one fairly insignificant for which Danny did not charge me, and one that added a new set of stairs and extended one bench, for which we agreed upon a very reasonable increase in the contract price. The final change order required Danny to purchase an oversized ipe board to complete the project per my new idea, and bring 3 of his crew back to finish the job. During the construction, it became apparent that the original ledger for the old overhang was imbedded into stucco and should be removed. We agreed to a reasonable price to remove it, restucco the area and paint to match the existing house color. Danny's crew were always on time, cleaned up well and were responsive to my suggestions and concerns throughout the project. The foreman was a miracle worker, and all of the crew were skilled at their tasks. They finished the job early, except to accommodate my last change for which we had to order and wait for the arrival of oversized ipe board before completing the job. Danny was always available by phone and email, and responded immediately. He came to the site every day, sometimes twice a day, to check on the progress. I love my deck. Thank you Danny.

Our overall experience with Danny was great. We met with him three times before selecting him as our contractor. He helped us develop the design and answered all of our structural questions. His quote was detailed and he was able to work within our budget. He expected the project to take one week to a week and a half and he was done in five days which included rain delays. He was extremely professional and was always available to answer questions or concerns. He was on site daily to check progress and called us daily with updates. I will certainly use Danny for future deck/porch projects.

Danny Deck Construction Inc was easy to work with. they do great work and work quickly. i was very pleased with the outcome. i would use them again in the future.

There was no charge for the estimate. The guy seemed really knowledgeable. He had a photo album of all the previous work that he had done. He had references immediately available. Construction began within 3 weeks after signing the contract, and the project took about 2 weeks to complete. It looks great -- a big upgrade over our old (decaying) wood deck -- using 2 different colors of Trex with a diagonal pattern.

Danny is terrific; His quality of workmanship is incredibly impressive - we couldn't have been happier with the work he did! He is very knowledgeable about his trade, meticulous about detail and does exceptionally fine workmanship. I'd have no reservations about recommending him to anyone
