If you have ever seen the show "Fixer Upper," then you have an idea of how much Construction Masters transformed our home and lives. Mickey and his team took our small 1960s kitchen with very limited storage space/living room and redesigned a beautiful and efficient kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a modern open floor plan. Throughout the process, Mickey saved us money and time where he could by advising options on materials/parts and solving unexpected problems that came up along the way. You can trust Mickey and his team to get the project done right. His crews was not only professional, but they also respected the work site and our privacy. While the remodel was going on, we had multiple neighbors compliment on not only the progress, but how clean and neat the work site stayed. We are so happy we found Construction Masters they are the BEST!!!

Moshe, Mickey and the guys at Construction Masters did a stellar job on our huge home remodel. We added a second story to our small 2-1 craftsman bungalow in Westwood, nearly doubling it in size. We also moved a kitchen and living room wall and completely gutted our very old kitchen. We basically rebuilt the entire home, while doing out best retain and restore the character of our older home. We had tried to start this process over a few years, running into snags and unethical contractors along the way, and are so happy that we landed in the capable hands of this team. At every step along the way, we felt honestly communicated with and cared for on a personal level. They were top notch as well as courteous and considerate of our neighbors. Not only did they do a remarkable job and make our house the talk of the neighborhood, they went above and beyond to really be sure we were always 100% happy with all of the work being done. Even with the pandemic hitting right in the middle of our project, they managed to finish within our original timeline as promised. I would without a doubt recommend them for any project you have.

Home remodeling is always difficult territory. You want it done right. We worried about finding someone who would make our vision possible. Moshe made all our worries and fears disappear. He is an incredible general contractor with great knowledge of what needs to be done. Not only on the construction side, but also on the design side as well. He was able to start our project earlier than expected and finish before the deadline. We had multiple projects we wanted to complete, it made sense to go with a general contractor, so we did not have to deal with multiple workers/people getting in each other’s way. Everything ran smoothly through Moshe's direction. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to get done and how it needed to be done. We had new ADU built from scratch. A kitchen remodel in the main house, recessed lighting put into the living room and rec room, fireplace tore out and redone, new shelving and cabinets installed in the living room and rec room. We also had a washer/dryer moved from one location to another. If we need future work done to our house, I will hire Moshe back in a heartbeat. Hands down, best decision in hiring Moshe for our construction projects.

I needed a new house built on a complex foundation. Construction Masters did an amazing job from start to finish. Mickey and Moshe listened to everything I was looking for and worked with my vision to turn it into a reality. Their attention to sight lines and details are excellent. Mickey took me through all the work of choosing lights, cabinets, fixtures, etc. The two of them work so well together! Mickey and Moshe were there every day of the week to provide oversight on the project. The philosophy of the company is one of excellence and honesty. I do not know this because it is on a website or brochure; I know it because I had the pleasure of being their client. If they create anything, from a stair banister to a luxury bath or a whole house, it will be done to the highest standards. The work they did building the whole house was so superb that when they finished, I asked to be their client again without considering any other builders. I am going to build an ADU on the other side of my property and it will be built by Construction Masters.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Construction Masters for our addition and home remodel project. Mickey and Moshe were attentive to every detail. They answered our many questions with positivity and experience. Especially during the challenges of completing a remodel during COVID-19, Mickey and Moshe were nothing but patient. Construction Masters did an outstanding professional job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel! This was a major project, a complete remodel of over 620 sq ft kitchen and our master bathroom! We also decided to fix some general things around our house. Craftsmanship is meticulous, amazing!! We could not be happier with our new beautiful kitchen and master bathroom! From the design phase, to demo, to build, new lighting, and the final finishing touches......everything was done with absolute quality and professionalism. Moshe was very informative when I called. He set up an appointment and drove to my home. He spent much time with us to make sure he was understanding our redesign idea. Shortly thereafter he emailed a detailed proposal. We did not ultimate go with Construction Masters but I want to be sure to let you know how warm, professional, and knowledgeable Moshe Cohen is.

I RARELY write reviews, but I want to explain why I am so BLESSED to have found Construction Masters! I was put in charge of helping my family remodel their home in Encino. There were many things that needed to be done: installing new tile, repairing gates and doors; restoring original bannisters, dry rot, kitchen and 2-bathroom remodels - some major things but also all the odds and ends. The quality of the work, attention to detail, the range of technical expertise was above and beyond. The workers were hard working, efficient, and highly professional, often going above and beyond to give the little extra care to the home. Throughout the whole project it was ***easy to communicate****, easy to schedule, timelines and options were clear. I could be at work and know that everything would take care of everything for me. Remodeling can be unpredictable but any problems that arrived were handled proactively. Quality service and customer service! You have a fan for life! Thank you, Construction Masters.

Last year I had Construction Masters remodel several parts of my home. I called back Moshe and Mickey during the middle of the pandemic and they were here to help us again. This time we wanted an ADU built. Moshe, Mickey, and all their crews were extremely professional. They always wore masks and gloves. They also kept the work area very clean. We now have a wonderful ADU that I will enjoy as my private work area. We are extremely happy with Construction Masters wide verity of skills and splendid quality work.

Moshe, Mickey, and the rest of the Construction Masters team transformed my 1940s house into a beautiful, open-space concept home that I relish each day. This was not easy project, involving the rearrangement of many walls, remodeling the whole kitchen, installing new windows, new lighting, new cabinets, adding a half bath, and creating an in-unit laundry room. Moshe was incredible during the design phase. He listened to my desires/goals and guided me through a range of options to achieve them (many of which were creative solutions we never would have thought of and other contractors I spoke to never suggested). They helped pick our materials, handled all the permits with the city for us, and helped us think through trade-offs and alternatives as needed. Moshe and his construction team were easy to work with and they made the construction phase as smooth as possible with a strong attention to detail and great communication. My neighbors got to know them, and they did a great job keeping positive relationships in the building. Changes were quickly implemented, and roadblocks were well navigated. They are the team you want. I would work with Construction Masters again in heartbeat!

I own a couple of retail stores and was looking for a contractor to remodel them. I found Construction Masters and I'm never looking back. Their service was wonderful, and their quality of work is superb. Each crew specialized in their trade and were very knowledgeable about their work. They cleaned up after themselves every day and worked quickly as they knew that I wanted to open asap. They made the process easy. I now have two fully remodeled stores and are open for business.

We completed our full home remodel! We are so excited we completed this project with Construction Masters. Everything from the office, project manager, crew members, Construction Masters staff just has it right. I personally am a general manager at a big firm & when I see a good operation I know it. Mickey the PManager was constantly working with me & always solving any issues we had in site. They were always responsive to my emails and phone calls. Moshe and his team were very helpful in providing guidance and consultation on my ADU building desires. Mickey (Vice President) did a first passthrough and assessment. He was very professional and forthright in his questioning. I found that Construction Masters had a very sound process from conception to execution. Moshe also asked some very thorough and forthright questions on my ADU desires to help me decide which also instilled trust. I would highly recommend Construction Masters and their crews for your remodeling/building needs.

Everybody raves about this company. It is true that it has many positive characteristics. They quoted a very fair price compared to the two other companies that we contacted. Moishe and his crews were responsible and respectful. When problems occurred, they went beyond what might be expected to follow up and resolve issues. Once completed, everything looked spiffy and beautiful. My only complaint is that they sometimes used handymen who were not sufficiently experienced, which caused problems that then had to be solved by calling in licensed sub-contractors or other more experienced individuals. These problems were minor but in one case could have been potentially dangerous. More recently, several months after the project was completed, the paint on the wooden deck began to peel extensively, because it appears the wrong type of paint had been used.

Construction Masters made my bathroom & laundry room renovation spiffy in less time than they anticipated, and it turned out beautifully. What a pleasure to deal with a contractor whose interest aligns with mine! Moshe & his team rock!

How lucky we are to have chosen Construction Masters for our home remodel. Construction Masters is fantastic! They recently completed a full home remodel construction project on our Encino home. The project included multiple bathrooms (including conversion of tub to shower in one), new windows throughout, new flooring throughout, interior wall removal, new stairs and stair rails, reducing the size of a large beam, two fireplaces, filling in sunken floors, and an entire kitchen remodel. The subcontractors they use are high quality, friendly, professional and have been working alongside them for over 10 years. The owner Mohse and Mickey, are very kind and excellent in their communication all throughout the project. This large project was intimidating to us, but from the beginning they guided us through every step. They also finished our project on time! Wow! From what we've heard from others going through construction/remodel process, forecasting and finishing timely is a rarity. This was extremely impressive considering the scope of our project. We feel very lucky we found them amongst all the other contractors out there. We truly can't recommend them enough!

We contacted Construction Masters to do a few projects around our home which included attic insulation with radiant barrier, painting our house with heat reflective paint and of course a kitchen & bathroom remodel. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased. Everyone in the company is very professional, honest and dedicated. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done properly, and we are satisfied with the results. They surpassed all our expectations.

After going through my home with him, Moshe was able to help me design my home to the best possible use. Everything was finished ahead of time and the quality of Moshe's work is amazing. We had never done a remodel before and after hearing horror stories from friends (e.g., expect it to cost twice as much as you've budgeted, and take three times longer, don't expect quick calls back, etc.), we were very nervous. We had a fantastic experience with Construction Masters. Based on a friend's recommendation of Construction Masters, we got a quote from them and another highly-recommended contractor. Construction Masters' quote was much better than the other quote. Once work started, Construction Masters made the process as smooth and painless as possible. We renovated two bathrooms and a kitchen, and the work was done to the highest quality standards, and completed on time and on budget. Construction Masters was incredibly responsive and all the workers were top-notch. When a few minor issues popped up at the end of the project (some material left behind), they diligently followed up on every single item when other contractors might have disappeared. We could not have had a better experience in terms of quality, cost, and speed.

This was the most professional company I have ever contracted for work. They were on-time with all appointments which has never happened to me. The work and the crews were polite, did the work on time, and left the workplace clean. They were the first company that really understood how to repair our deck properly after several attempts from other contractors. I can't say enough good things about them. Reuben and Moshe were terrific and never failed to answer all our questions. I highly recommend them.

This review is for the major remodeling work we had done 2 months ago on a fixer-upper house. The work included complete renovations of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a kitchen, and new piping and electrical work among many other things. The work was done in 8 weeks. Mickey & Moshe were very pleasant to work with. However, we are most impressed by their commitment to make our home look beautiful. Mickey & Moshe truly care and stand by their work. They are always trying to make things right and how you want it. We are completely satisfied!

I called Construction Masters to remodel my Kitchen, Living Room and some other general work around my house. I was immediately impressed by Mickey and Moshe’s knowledge and experience. They offered me idea’s that I did not even think of and I took their advice. We are so happy that we did! Now we are enjoying our new beautiful custom kitchen and living room. I will never use another contractor again. Very professional, efficient, punctual and affordable. We started by overhauling our kitchen (drywall, flooring, countertops, custom cabinets, paint, etc), but after seeing their amazing work, they did our laundry room, family room, and bathroom. All high-end custom cabinets, appliances and fixtures. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was superb. Not to mention they streamlined everything. Never once did we have to wait for anything. Everything was done on time and on schedule. They not only achieved the results I wanted, but exceeded my expectations. Hard to find responsible, friendly contractors these days. HIGHLY recommend Moshe and Mickey!

Construction Masters was a true pleasure to work with on our master bathroom remodel and bedroom flooring. I would without hesitation hire them again.
