I had a great experience with this company Concept Renovations. My brother in law who is as old as I am recommended them and said they were the company to go with. glad I did. My roof is great and every time I asked a question if something could be done it was always "not a problem".

Our cabinets are so beautiful! We have wanted to switch out our older lighter cabinet for a more richer look and feel. After our daughters move we decided "OUR TIME". The company was respectful and kept to their word. 2 days after cabinets were delivered I was stocking our beautiful kitchen. Thank you Concept Team!

We are currently having plans draw up for a Master bedroom addition, bathroom and new deck, however we really should have reviewed them last summer when they did our kitchen. Long over due! We had an amazing project manager and the office staff was always available and communication was flawless. An absolute amazing team and very talented to say the least. Today we will be meeting again with them to go over the new addition we want added and to start working out the plans. If everything goes the same way it did last summer we are going to have a beautiful new master bedroom and bathroom suite with walk out deck for summer 2017! Our kitchen went smooth last year and was actually finished in about 2 weeks. We understand this new project is a bit more extensive but these guys are top notch... will share the photos when all is done and again looking forward to another great adventure in home renovation! Would recommend these guys to everyone!

Concept Renovation just completed a major kitchen remodel for us. Removed the linoleum floor and replaced it with natural stone (which turned out to be a nightmare to work with but looks fantastic finished). Refaced all the cabinets, Knocked out a section of wall and cabinets between the kitchen and living room and replaced it with a pony wall and a new overhead beam. Removed the original countertop and prepped it for the new quartz countertop. Removed the dishwasher and replaced it with custom cabinets. Moved electrical switches around to accommodate the wall removal and installed an overhead exhaust fan. We are totally pleased with all of the work. Conscientious, easy to deal with, made a lasting friend of our dog and did their best to keep the kitchen operational for us during the remodel. Bottom line their workmanship is excellent. Consistently showed up on time and clearly were focused only on us. The job was finished on schedule, but only due to them working extra and on Sundays just to stay on time! Additionally we had some problems with the countertop provider and our project manager was available for consultation and advice even after he had moved on to his next job. Their schedule is pretty full but definitely worth the wait. We would not hesitate to use them again. Very pleased and happy to write this review!

We contacted Concept Renovations to paint the outside and inside of our home because of the recommendation of a good friend of ours after we moved our daughter to Oregon. They were right and we are glad we did our home looks amazing! These are good solid people who care about their ethics and the quality of the work they leave behind.

They did a fantastic job as well! Installed new electrical plus some location switch outs and beautiful drop lighting as well as in ceiling mounts. They were friendly, and they cost pretty much what is fair going these days. We would recommend them and they finalized a wonderful full weekend of projects that we planned out and so far all 3 were winners!

We hired this company last summer to install our new roof. Now we are looking at having our house painted by them. Good company with respectful workers. Our roof was installed exactly in the time frame and budget they said they would do it in.

Thank you all for another job well done. A few months a go we had quite a big work done in our condo unit. Concept did some floor repair, sanded and refinished our old floors. Now it was time for our kitchen to be updated. We had new unfinished oak wood floors installed. We are very pleased and happy with it all. Again, very professional work everyone. Thank you!

Renovated our guest bathroom last December before Christmas. Said we would write a review after the work was done. Sorry guys it's late. Real good company. You can't go wrong hiring these guys.

We interviewed 3 different contractors before we decided to hire Concept Renovations. They were great to speak with about the work we wanted done, and as soon as the work started they brought it all together. They have an exceptional crew of skilled and professional tradesmen. The work area was cleaned each day after the work was done, and everyone that came to our home was courteous and respectful of our space. The job was completed in the timeframe we had discussed, even with the added requests we made and best of all, the price we were quoted, which was very reasonable, was the price we paid. Our kitchen in our investment property looks amazing, and I know that they have been renovating at a very high standard just by how ours turned out. I can highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

Started in early December last year I hired them to have all 6 bathrooms painted with new colors and new windows with custom benches added. Plus painted the bedrooms and removed all the wall paper in hallways. Kitchen has new appliances and daughter now has her stone counter tops. New light fixture in master family room and entry way. House looks good and the company did as they said. Had them add some extra bushes and they handles it. Landscape company was right over and the job was done. Cant say much more like I said we hired them and paid them and they did their job. Will hire again.

Before I begin I would like to make a notation that I found out about this great young and talented company through a good friends advice and recommendations. Plus their bathroom looked so beautiful and the thought of what all would be involved, the cost just everything, i was without a doubt clueless! But not for long, shortly after I signed up with them I began to ask questions and all of them were answered and in a way that I understood them. I was a very GRATEFUL "Boss" and student that being said I am certain I would have chosen the wrong contractor, asked the wrong questions and picked ALL THE WRONG COLORS! So I really want to thank Anne and Bill for recommending them to me and I owe them. Concept Renovations didnt just show up and do the work they were hired to do they showed up and listened, their staff is fully knowledgeable of the work your doing and you never feel just like a number or another client. Very personable and professional. Their skill is unmatched and they are all hardworking even for a small bathroom project like mine. Im a happy customer. .

My wife and I are honored to write a review. We had an addition added to create more office space and a new roof. The entire project was handled very professionally. All of staff I met prior and during the installation were very friendly, courteous helpful. Zero pressure in the sales pitch, and clear explanations, our home was kept organized and clean during the project and given we were adding on and with ripping off our old roof this was an area of considerable concern for me and I was very set in letting them know it. This is a very well managed company. So glad we went with this company! It's definitely worth the money with the finished results, the stellar look, and excellent customer service!

i am pleased to give a review. These guys do very good work and stay right on budget. I had my kitchen cabinets resurfaced (look like new) and flooring laid throughout. No new appliances but did have new tile backsplash added to clean up the look. New window and added a small island only a block type non working island but still great for work space. Kitchen looks wonderful and done on a smaller budget. To name off 3 qualities, I would say affordable, client focused and very talented.

This is a great company. The office staff, managing partners and there team do an excellent job! We hired Concept Renovations back in July 2016 and started the project end of Aug into September. We recently received this link in our message box and were happy to see that they were now on Angies List. Great move! We live in Phoenix and this was one of our family rental units, and above everything, including the design work and permits they met us 100% of the way and were very understanding as to scheduling needs with active tenants. We are pleased to give them this good review. You wont go wrong with this company and ask about referral incentives, top of the line and solid.

Concept renovations is highly recommended. They actually show up. Sad but true, not all do. They are quick to give quotes and don't leave you hanging and another day behind schedule. They keep your budget in mind. Great workmanship on top of it all. We happily recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Received an invitation by email and we are more then happy to share our experience as they are highly recommended. We hired this company Concept Remodeling to do the work in our kitchen back in June. They gave us excellent service and the quality of everything is also excellent. We ended up contracting them out for next summer 2017 to have our roof replaced. They have excellent workers and a committed team that works together in the work project place and in their office. Its our pleasure to give them a solid review
