Worst Service Ever! Called for repair of my ice machine in FEBRUARY. A guy came out and said I needed a whole new ice maker for my refrigerator. I paid half the cost and waited for them to call and return and install this new ice maker. After a month I called, asked what was up and they ssaid "Oh, your ice maker has come in" and I made another appointment for installation. After installing the new ice maker the repair guy said "Don't worry. You'll never have to replace this ice maker again!" I paid the balance owed and he left. He was so wrong! First he never even turned it on! After two days I figured that out and it has never worked properly since I turned it on. At the most I would get 8 ice cubes out and that was all. Couldn't even get enough ice to fill two glassed for iced tea. Then it just stopped working all together. I have called and called and called for someone to come out and repair it and I keep getting "Someone will call you tomorrow" or "Your service guy is on vacation" or "Someone will call you on Monday" or "the service guy is still on vacation" or "I'll let the owner know and we'll get back to you." This has been going on for months and obviously my Limited Warranty is now void!!!! Still waiting for someone to call me. I guess it's time to go to small claims court.

Wow, just wow. I gave them a call, they came out the same day to give an estimate to repair a commercial refrigerator. The tech tells me it has a bad evaporator motor and he would have to find the part to get me a quote. The service call was $99. A week and a half later he calls and tells me the repair will cost $1642 and to let him know so he can get the parts ordered. That seems a bit high for an electrical motor. I find the part number off the unit and order two motors (only one is bad, but might as well replace both right?) The motors cost me $100 each. I called them back and let them know the parts are in and when would they like to schedule the repair. They refused to complete the repair because the parts were not sourced by them. Great, don't warranty the part, just install it. They still refused. It's a fairly simple repair. Where were they going to hide all the cost? From the parts I already purchased? These guys are sketchy. Maybe they can fix your appliance. Will you be overcharged? Most certainly. I get it that it takes money to run a business, and I was okay to pay for the repair. This transaction just felt dishonest from second call back. Why wouldn't you install the exact same part from the manufacturer? Don't warranty the part. Fix the fridge and take my money. Somehow that didn't fit their play. Any business that has this many names has a reason. I didn't know until I started to write this review. My advice, if you have another choice, go with that one.

You do not want to work with this company. I called a local orange appliance repair and these people answered. I went over our 60 year oven problem and was told they rarely can't repair. The tech comes out and spends 20 minutes doing nothing and then charged our card $129.99 and never got back to us with a quote or anything. This company has no integrity. I thought we were getting a local company only to find out they advertise under different names then don't follow up. I did not get anything for the money spent. 10 days goes by after visit so I thought they would not charge since they never called. I was wrong.

Communication is very bad in getting the service started. It took less than ten minutes to install the part, but was charged a significantly high rate.

The repair was fine . But They charged us 3 times for one invoice. Hundreds of dollars over what they quoted us in error charges, they admitted to the mistake and have yet to refund us over 2 weeks later. They act like they are doing us a favor by returning our funds even though they have yet to do so. We have called multiple times. Very unprofessional please be careful if you choose to do business with them. Do not trust them with your card information.
