+ -1 moreThe technician showed up exactly on time which is a big deal for me since I am a very busy guy, I loved the fact that he really knows his job and that he really cared, he took his time and explained to us everything. Me and my wife knew (or at least thought we knew) where we want to place the speakers and the sub-woofer but once we told that to the technician he had a totally different opinion than ours, I am a very stubborn guy in my nature but I have to admit that his way makes the sound sounds so much better and we both can not be happier! I even gave his number to one of my best friends that needs the same type of service.
