YOGI'S DRAIN SERVICE

Although it was a holiday, I called anyway due to an urgent issue noted by the CP&L worker who was at my home earlier in the day (see my separate review for them). I had been advised that the water pressure in my lines was more than double the upper limit of normal, and that I was in danger of incurring a major loss to my new water heater, water lines, etc. Much to my surprise, Justin answered my call immediately, listened to my description of the problems, and said that he would have one of his guys call me back. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from his colleague, Greg, who asked me some detailed questions and then advised me that he would be at my house within half an hour. When Greg arrived, he performed a thorough assessment of the situation and advised me what my options were. I appreciated the fact that he was considerate of my budget. Since I plan on living in my home for a long time, I definitely wanted to ensure that I had a "permanent" fix rather than a Band-Aid solution. He noted several other issues as he was performing the repairs, and kept me apprised as he proceeded with his work. I had complete trust and faith in Greg, and could tell that he truly had my best interests in mind. After several hours of work, my plumbing was better than new, and I have a renewed faith in the honesty & integrity of hard-working individuals such as Greg and Justin. I will DEFINITELY use their services again!

Made an appointment with Justin (the owner and operator) in the morning and he came to my place at the approximate time (he called to inform me when he was leaving the previous job). Wasn't sure if he serviced University City and La Jolla since the service areas mentioned on his website only goes as far south as Carmel Valley. I told him the problem and immediately figured out that it was the main line since the toilets were flushing fine. Showed him the clear out for the drain and he went to work. Job was done in about 20-30 minutes. Justin is honest, great to work with, and happy to answer any questions. Also good to see a young guy own a business. Overall, great job at a very reasonable price. I am definitely gonna use him again for my drain cleaning needs.

Great service provided by Justin Shane, Owner/Technician of Yogi's drain service. I contacted Justin on Monday, he gave me a time frame for Tuesday morning and called 15 minutes prior to coming over. He was efficient, polite, tidy and quick. He did a great job at a very fair price. I will use Justin for future service in both my home and business. I'm a REALTOR and it's important to me to be able to refer qualified service professionals like Justin Shane to my clients!

The technician came out within two hours and was extremely polite and clean. The charges were VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this company...it is rare to find such an honest plumber!!!!!

This company could not have been more accomodating!!! The day before Thanksgiving and our garbage disposal goes kaput and our dishwasher and washing machine are backing up into our kitchen sink! I could not be home until 4:00 and Justin took care of getting someone there late on a holiday weekend. As for the plumber that came to rescue us, I can't say enough good things about Jason! Very professional, great attitude. He even stayed a few extra minutes to answer a few question we had about a project we might do. I will definitely be using Yogi's in the future....Thank you guys!

I called in the morning and asked if I could schedule someone at the end of the day. Justin was very helpful and gave me a time window that worked for me. Arrived on time, very polite and friendly, explained everything he was going to do, gave me an estimate that was quite reasonable, told me what he was doing, and cleaned up. Explained their guarantee. Couldn't ask for anything better. I would definitely use them again!

PERFECT...10 minutes and a clear, clean sink!

I called Justin Friday afternoon, he came to my house promptly at 10 am Saturday morning.By 10:20 am, I had my kitchen back in action. He cleaned our drains which had been backing up in the kitchen and washer/ dryer area.I have a 30 day warranty.I really appreciated the great service.Julie

Called to perform drain cleaning due to odors in shower. Work was completed promptly and professionally. Asked about replacement of hose bibb. He went to the store for the part and replaced it within the hour. Thought it was good value for work completed.

Excellent. Justin called me back promptly after I left a message asking for immediate service. I was able to text him my address and he directed his tech to my home. He arrived, diagnosed, solved, and departed in short order. Excellent experience all around.

The service cost me $60, but I got a $10 discount using Angie’s List coupon. They came out a few minutes early. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and cleaned up in no time at all. They had come out for 15-20 minutes and then, they were gone. I will use them again in the future.

Couldn't have been happier. Justin replied quickly to a Saturday morning call, communicated well, came when he said he would and fixed our problem quickly. He has a positive attitude and charges very reasonable rates. It was a pleasant surprise for a rainy Saturday - I surely wasn't expecting to get anyone to come out, let alone someone so efficient and nice. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Justin is the man. In the middle of a remodel and wanted to scope my kitchen drain to make sure there were no problems before I build the cabinets around this. Communication was excellent, showed up, did the job and is very friendly and competant. Went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Not only will I use this service again (hope I don't need to but you know how it goes) but I'll have him at the top of my list and can reccomend him with ease.

Justin was great. Answered his phone when I initially called. Came on the date and the time he said he would. Got right to work and cleared the drains. Clean and tidy appearance. Nice guy. Price was excellent. We would definitely recommend him as well as hire him again.

I was very pleased with the work performed. Justin was prompt, very polite, and quickly got to work. He explained everything that he did and left a clean environment when he was done. Rather than charge me for every drain, he gave me a whole house rate that was very reasonable. I will use him as my plumber going forward.
