Description of Work: Getting ready for El Nino we called Yogi's drain service to help us with two backyard clogged drains. We have never used a drain service so we have little to compare but all drain companies are expensive ($175 an hour after initial 1 1/2 hour service call) The two men who responded were prompt and we showed them the drains. They used the high powered water hose and were able to get both to drain. They removed a blackberry root from one pipe. However, one pipe still was clogged so my husband dug up the pipe and found 30' of blackberry roots in them. He removed the roots and repaired the pipe.

Description of Work: Showed up promptly after contacting. It was raining so some of the outside work had to be delayed but they were back at the first opportunity to take care of the problem. The owner explained the issue to me very clearly and gave recommended action - stressing that it would help and be preventative but definitely not required. I will use them from now on.

Description of Work: I needed help clearing the drains that allow rainwater to flow out to the street. I also needed help re-routing my irrigation system around a broken section of pipe that was inaccessible beneath my sunroom's foundation. The irrigation system was re-routed as I had asked but the patio drains weren't cleared. I wasn't home when the work was done and they ended up spending most of their time clearing the new drains that I had just had installed in my side yard and not the patio drains that weren't working. He told me they'd run into obstacles in the patio drains, maybe roots, that they weren't able to clear and had run out of time. He suggested that I schedule regular drain cleaning every 6 months. Next time, I would probably stay home to make sure they focus on the problem drains.

Description of Work: Called this company when we had a clogged toilet drain upstairs. It was extremely difficult to locate and they kept trying when others would have stopped. They were able to locate the clog 20 feet down the line and between floors

Description of Work: First time I used them it seemed to go well but the 2nd time they repaired kitchen water dispenser tube, installed new bathroom faucet. |This time nothing seemed to go right, they were quick to come back and make repairs, but I don't want call backs.

Description of Work: Great service and knowledgeable. Had contacted someone else and they wanted to rip up the floor and all concrete to the street for over $2500. Yogi's came in and understood the older houses of Cardiff and we had the problem fixed for under $250. Will be using them again.

Description of Work: Yogi's came out to clear one of our clogged toilet drains. They were prompt, efficient, and got the job done. We were very happy with the results, the promptness and the price. Though the last contact is listed as January 2011, the repairs were done in December 2010.

Description of Work: Justin's a real nice guy. He's cleaned out my drain more than a few times (roots). Honest, professional, no drama. He's also replaced my water heater. Same story, honest, quality service at a fair price. I recommend him to everyone.

Description of Work: Called Yogi's drain service at approx. 2:30 in the afternoon and spoke with owner/tech, Justin. Explained the clog situation, which I felt would be a reasonably easy solution for him with the correct equipment. Since late in the afternoon and about a 20 mile drive to my house, was told they might not be able to come today, but would check with status of other jobs and would call back with answer. Justin returned my call within 15 min. and said they moved a couple of things around and would get there in 45 min. or less. He arrived in 30 min and unclogged the drain in less than 10 minutes. The job was done in a cheerful, professional manner at a discounted (Angie's list member) price. His price was more than 25% less than several other companies I'd contacted. I would absolutely use Justin again and would recommend him to anyone else needing drain cleaning service.

Description of Work: I wish I could select an A PLUS category. Justin is just the best. We have used him before and while I hope our drains don't clog again, should they, we will call Justin immediately. Of course, drains never back up on a week day between 9:00-5:00. This time our drain backed up on Easter night! Justin came right over; even when he wasn't feeling all that great. In a very short period of time he cleared our drains, and checked the tubs and sinks to be sure all was well. He is terrific.

Description of Work: The owner was a very responsive and professional young man who understood how important good service is. He was here exactly at the time he forecasted and promptly determined the problem, fixed it and cleaned everything up perfectly. I was so pleased I tipped him an extra $10. He wanted to please and he did. Can't say enough good about him.
