The technician did arrive for the appointment.
Description of Work: Thought this company lacked professionalism. A technician came out to check our fireplace for an insert; indicated that a salesman would get back to us with a quote via email. However, no emails. We phoned and again assurances that he would get back to us via email. Tired of waiting and went with another company.

Great, showed up on time, took great care to not make a mess and clean up whatever mess occurred. did a great job.
Description of Work: Had both the chimneys in newly bought home inspected and cleaned I also had a new screen mad for an odd sized opening that was a bit pricey due to the shape, but turned out awesome.

I called Wilshire Fireplace. They sent the installer to bid on the installation. The bid cost $50 because he was an independent that sometimes does work for them, Jan Richardson. He brought the literature to help me pick the options I wanted. I paid with a credit card on the phone, and about two weeks later, they came and installed the unit. It works perfectly, they cleaned up afterwards, and I am totally satisfied with the whole process.
Description of Work: Purchase and installation of a gas insert in my fireplace. A "Valor" brand completely enclosed unit with gas logs. I already knew exactly what model I wanted. I ordered the unit from Chuck and Dave at Wilshire Fireplace and had the unit installed.

THEY'RE VERY EXPERIENCED AND WILLING TO DO RESEARCH TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR PROBLEM. THEY HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE AT THEIR STORE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND ASSESSED THE REPLACEMENT COST OF NEW FIREPLACE SCREENS ON MY THREE FIREPLACES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR FIELD. THEY WERE WILLING TO RESEARCH DIFFERENT OPTIONS REGARDING MY FIREPLACE SCREENS AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

THE MANAGER, DENNIS DOUGHERTY, IS EASY TO WORK WITH AND EAGER TO HELP YOU COME UP WITH COST-EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS TO YOUR FIREPLACE NEEDS. AFTER WE INSTALLED OUR GAS LOGS, THEY WILLINGLY CAME OUT AT OUR REQUEST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN, AND HAVE!
