 + -1 moreSince the provider did not show up as scheduled, and missed his initial appointment, and did not respond to multiple attempts to reach him, I would strongly potential customers to go elsewhere. This was a disaster since we were expecting company for the holidays.
Description of Work: Ross Warren did not show up for appointment as scheduled and failed to call to notify us that he would be late. I reached him by telephone of see if he would eventually show up, which he did an hour after he promised. He then said it was toolate to start the job, so we made an appointment for the next day. He failed to show up as promised and did not return repeated phone calls and text messages. Seondly he counted windows as panes, which for a regular sash type window would count as two windows for his billing purposes. Very deceptive. Would not recommend this provider to anyone. Watch out!

 + -1 moreThese guys were GREAT!! windows now sparkle! we live in rural country setting so windows do get pretty dirty, plus the screens were a mess. I would recommend this company to anyone, I have had window cleaners before, but these guys were super good. We live in hills and now with the windows spotless the views are even more impressive! The price was fair, a lot of extra work was done and everything on inside was put back where it started from! All screens existing and new were cleaned and rehung
Description of Work: Warren and his worker (a really nice polite young man) washed all our windows on a two story home inside and out, plus replaced 11 screens none of the screens were singles they worked from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm! a wonderful job!
