Install went fine. However equipment was poor. Partially hard wired but everything used batteries. Batteries have to be changed frequently. Terrible DNP equipment DON"T PUT IT IN. Then 24/7 monitoring is actually only regular business hours monitoring and tech support. The office receptionist mans the phones on weekends. Find another alarm company. I now have to put in an entirely new system. No other company would use their equipment and offer monitoring service. RSF completely mis-represented what they offered.

They did not keep an appointment and when we contacted the office the office person decided to give us a minimum quote over the phone without seeing the property. She left us feeling that we weren't a fit for their company with our 92130 zip code.

Replaces sensor

They responded very quickly. When you call their number, you can talk to a real person. I would recommend them. They don't increase their fees all the time, and I really like that. They have direct phone lines, so you get in touch with someone local, which is important in case of an emergency.

I had a tech come out 3 or 4 months ago. They are probably a little more expensive than other companies, but their service and employees are good. They have been in the community for many, many years. They are responsive to their customer's concerns.

They were real good. They just were very professional. They have been very responsive to any alarm calls that they get. We tend to set our alarms off periodically. They are all over it.

They were very nice. They came and did their work, and knew what they were doing. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I knew how to operate the system before he left. He gave me a free battery because the other one here had died. He was pretty good. I think their price is fair.

Rancho is very responsive and reliable. They are very trustworthy and offer many other services such as drive-by's when you are away from home. I definitely feel more secure knowing we have them.

WHEN OUR FRENCH DOORS WERE REPLACED, THE CONTRACTORS THREW OUT THE DOORS WITHOUT TAKING OFF THE MAGNETS. RANCHO SANTA FE SECURITY WAS VERY PROMPT IN COMING OUT TWO DAYS LATER TO REPLACE THE MAGNETS. IT TOOK VERY LITTLE TIME AND WAS DONE QUICKLY. THE PRICE WAS VERY HIGH, MAINLY FOR THE SERVICE CALL.
