NORTH COUNTY MOBILE SCREEN

Mike, owner of North County Mobile Screen Service, showed up on time, was well mannered and dressed to work. He parked his mobile screen repair truck and trailer at the curb in front of my house, where he did all his work. He first took an inventory of the screens to be repaired or replaced and gave me a written estimate, which was exactly as he had quoted on the phone when I scheduled the work. I have a two story house and there was no additional charge for the upper floor screens. He volunteered, without me mentioning it, that he could straighten one screen frame, which I had thought would have to be replaced, thereby saving me some money. He manufactured one new screen to replace a missing screen. He also lubricated the rollers on my patio screen door at no extra charge. He told me the work would be complete in about two hours and he completed the work on time and I am very pleased with the new screens. Should the need arise I will definitely call Mike again.

The owner/operator was readily available by phone. He was able to set up an appointment within a few days of the call, and provided an hour period when he would be available. The owner/operator came within the hour period scheduled and brought samples. Following selection of the desired screen doors (8 foot and six foot long), he told me that the doors would be available for installation 10 days later. He specified a one hour interval during that day when he would install the doors. He arrived during the scheduled day and hour. The quality of the screen doors was excellent. For one of the doors, the wheels were not right for the screen door track I had, and he immediately replaced the wheels for ones that fit. I wanted to get rid of the old patio doors and he had equipment to fold the old doors so that they would fit in my dumpster. (Note this is the type of dumpster that is picked up by automated garbage trucks, so is larger than a regular garbage can.)
