They were outstanding, the person who helped came out a couple of times, I have odd shaped windows, they went over everything to make sure it was done right, they listened to what i wanted.

Rebbecca was extremely helpful helping me confirm my selections, and had me as her customer in mind at all times. Measurements were done quickly at no additional charge and suggestions made to optimize my cost given the way price breaks are done by the manufacturer with different sizes and options. The order was placed and arrived before I was ready, but there was no pressure with North County Blind Co keeping them until I was ready for installation, at which time, Mary was very helpful to quickly schedule installation. The installation team was on-time, clean, and efficient. While my blinds will likely last me for years, I know who I'll always recommend and be back to one day when I need new window treatments. North County Blind Company is customer oriented and goes the extra mile you just won't find from the big home supply places. The price may be just a bit higher than those other guys, but it's easily justified with the quality transaction and service you will receive.
Description of Work: Helped with selection, provided measurements, supplied window treatments, and installation of Hunter Douglas duets, silhouettes, and blinds on nearly all windows in my new home.

I THOUGHT THE PRICES WERE TOO HIGH, SERVICE WAS MINIMAL, SLOW IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND SLOW IN RESPONDING TO SERVICE CALLS.
