+ -1 moreI stopped by the store on Saturday, 6/26, with a tracing of my old, worn out spa cover. Alicia helped me with my order right away, helped me pick the style and color and wrote up the order. She phoned me on Monday with the total cost for delivery, installation, and removal of my old cover. She contacted me by email a couple of weeks later to ask about a design detail I'd requested that turned out to be incompatible with an in-ground spa and we adjusted the order to fix it. The cover was ready for delivery on 7/17/13. The only minor issue was a miscommunication about the delivery time. It arrived at my house earlier than expected when I wasn't home so they left it in the back yard and came back a few hours later to put it on the spa and take away the old cover. No problems at all really. I'd been putting this little project off, expecting a hassle, but I couldn't be happier with the spa cover and the cheerful and efficient service. I hope this cover lasts a long time, but I know where to go when I need another one.

We perform a wide variety of in-field repairs and installations on Pumps, Filters, Gas Heaters, Automation, Lights, and Salt Systems. We specialize in Complete Equipment Set Installs from the ground up, Energy Saving Variable Speed Pumps, Gas Heaters and Heat Pump installs.
We do not repair any underground water leaks of any kind, nor do we fix or replace gas lines. We do not do remodels or any structural repair of any kind. We do not resurface pools or perform any tile repair or calcium removal. We do not install or replace any electrical runs from the main sub panel to the pool equipment area. We do not repair or install water solar panels. We do not work on above-ground pools or replace liners.
