My objective is to work with a company having a Team minded mentality. As a Carpenter by trade, a licensed General Contractor with over 20 years experience, my goal is to satisfy my client with detailed, professional work. I have owned my own Construction Business for 16 years, KM Construction. I am a licensed General Contractor with diverse experience in New Home Building and Residential Remodeling. I speak Spanish and am able to manage crews from plans to permits to build out. My strong suit is the ability to satisfy the customer/homeowner while creating an effective and safe work atmosphere. I am able to reliably and efficiently manage projects and the Trades involved.
