During a recent storm we had a tree branch from our neighbor’s tree puncture a hole in our roof and needed it fixed quickly as more rain was on its way. Jim came out the same day giving us a quote and was able to fix the roof the following day. It is hard right now to find anybody reliable and I am so happy that Jim came through on his promises.

Jim responded and started the job of repairing the leaks in our 40+ year old roof within two days. Despite having to work around a few very rainy days, he and his crew were able to completely remove all concrete tiles, put down new underlayment, install some new plywood and fascia, and then replace all of the existing tiles within 6 days - just as he had quoted. He and his crew are very professional; never stopping work except to take a quick lunch break. Jim checked in several times a day to ensure everything was going as planned. The roof looks better now than it did when it was new as he and his crew corrected several construction errors where original contractor cut corners apparently to save money. While roof repairs this size are not cheap, his price was very fair and the result was very good. We highly recommend him to anyone needing a good, honest contractor.

Jim came up with a low cost solution to repair a persistent leak. The other roofers quoted 5x the cost.

I contacted 3 roofers One said he was coming Wednesday and didn't show or call, then another couldn't come until Saturday. Jim Heidrick came to give me a quote when he said he would be here. Jim made an outstanding effort to fit my roof repair between rain storms. He went onto the roof to survey the project and was able to complete it the next day. He even went beyond what was expected to make sure the roof repair was done correctly.

Contractor was very knowledgeable and knew how to acess and adddress my roofing problems in short order. No more leaks!

Time was of the essence. We needed a prompt roof repair . . . more heavy rains were in the forecast. Jim was on site to evaluate the problem within 2 hrs. of our initial call (on a Friday) and then his work scope and estimate arrived by late afternoon. Even more impressive, since other roofers did not even have time to take on another job, we had our roof repaired that following Monday morning! During the work, we were informed about the location of the leaks and the ways the repairs would be made to mitigate future problems (photos were shown to us of the failing areas and then also the repairs made). Work was completed in a few hours and the site was left clean. Crew was courteous and informative. Now we are ready for more rain. Stay tuned.
