 + 0 moreGary was personable over the phone explaining many options for us. He came by for an estimate and when we set the appointment, he arrived on schedule. He cleaned up after each project and thoroughly explained the controls to us. He made us feel special by communicating very well each step of the process. We were presented with an itemized bill and he thanked us for the business. He even helped me with my computer. I came to find out he has an Undergraduate Degree in IT. Even my animals were happy to see him when he arrived. He was great and when I need more electrical work done or computer work done, I will definitely be calling him. He was excellent.
Description of Work: Gary designed and installed a whole house fan system for our 2200 sq. ft house. He also installed a chandelier, several outside lights, many inside lights and troubleshot and fixed several electrical problems in the house. One problem consisted of tracing the lighting pattern and fixing it so we had lights in the proper hallways and doorways. He ran cable lines and inter-connected all of it to a central control. We now have a "Smart House".

 + -1 moreHe and his helpers (two teenage sons) were very polite, clean and tidy. Worked hard to finish the job that day. They were a little late, but did call to tell me what was going on. Seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing, and work seems well done.
Description of Work: Whole house fan. Built and installed fan system to suck air out of house up into attic, thus drawing in cooler air from outside. System is somewhat different from regular whole house fan as it is mounted higher in the attic than most, to keep noise down. Also uses two fans so that speed is variable.
