Chuck was excellent. I had two properties to appraise. He did them both for an excellent price. On one I needed a report by the next day. He accommodated that request. The appraisals were thorough and in the ballpark that I was expecting. He also took the time to respond to some follow up questions I had, along with some recommendations for selling my house. Overall, an excellent experience.
