I will come by and inspect your property and have the report ready for you in two to three days. I do not do appraisal report for your bank, they order their own. I will answer any questions you may have and thanks....
I do not do appraisal for banks or lending institutions unless they approve it befor hand. I do not do commercial properties. If you own rental properties up to 4 units I can do that for you.
