As a first-time buyer, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Eddie Pfeifer's professionalism and expertise immediately put me at ease. I am very pleased with the way my purchase went and can whole-heartedly recommend Eddie to others in search of an excellent agent. I really appreciated the way he was patient and didn't try to upsell me on price and how he was very communicative from start to finish.
Description of Work: I needed to buy a house as a result of my lease ending and seeing the value out in the marketplace. I found Eddie through the internet and called him. He called me right back and listened intently as I told him about my situation. He got me pre-approved and started sending me listings right away. Once we eliminated the listings that didn't work for me, we zeroed in on two neighborhoods. When we found the house I bought, Eddie asked me what price I thought we should offer. Then he told me that he thought we should come in lower! I ended up getting a great deal and couldn't be happier.
